Regular oil change and tire rotation scheduled with service manager the morning of my service work. I dropped my truck off and stopped back to check on progress and it was completed to my satisfaction. The service manager went over all the work completed and explained the condition of my tires as well as all fluids and beltsI left with a very good feeling and highly recommend this location for service work.

I recently had my Ford Mustang at Mastel Ford for a factory recall. Lori, the service manager, took care of my problem in a timely manner. He had me in and out quickly and explained what needed to be done to the car. He was friendly and informative and I left the dealership well satisfied with the entire process.
