Wife and had both cars break down in same week ,one too major to fix. Only could look for a car on Sundays because of our work schedules. Most places are not open but Jim met us and we got a great deal and was in and out fast. Thanks Jim for ending our week on a good note!

Chase Has Come was really helpful when my fiance and I went to Paul Brown. My family has been going to Paul Brown for over 20 years. I contacted Chase before we went to go and look at the car we had our eyes on. He was really patient and didn't push us into something we didn't want. I would recommend Paul Brown to anyone looking for a new car, as well as dealing with Chase.

Shopping for my new truck at Paul Brown Chevy was the perfect buying experience anyone could hope for. Adam was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. He wasn’t the typical pushy salesman type that makes you feel like he is just out to make a buck. Adam asked and listen to what I really was looking for in a truck and took me seriously, unlike other car dealerships I had been dealing with. Never once did he try to sell me a truck because it was “pretty”. I highly recommend Adam and the team at Paul Brown for anyone looking for their next vehicle. Adam definitely will take care of you!

I had the BEST experience at Paul Brown! The service is hands down the best in the area. Not only did they assist in the purchase of my car but also accommodated my family while we were there! I can't say enough good things about this team of people, especially Jeremy who goes out of his way to get his customers in the car they want! Great deals, great service, great people! Go see Jeremy today it'll be worth it!

I enjoyed working with Mary and Cheryl throughout my experience at Paul Brown. I was appreciative of them trying to help put me in other vehicles to better suit my budget. Ultimately decided to go over my price point so I could get the vehicle I wanted. I was extremely happy I was able to drive my vehicle home that night and that another sales person took his plates off his vehicle so I could drive it home. The only disappointment was my vehicle doesn't have car mats kinda bummed out but I will live!

Always great service at Paul Brown Chevy! I have had some work done there and I am always satisfied. They get me in and out in a reasonable time. I have also had my car detailed at the Chevy location and will not take it anywhere else again. My car was SPOTLESS. Thanks for the hard work Chevy Crew!

I had a wonderful experience at Paul Brown. I walked in and got the privilege of meeting a young salesman. Jordan Smith was very polite and knowledgeable. It was nice being able to walk in a dealership and feeling comfortable. I am currently driving a 2014 Dodge Durango and I absolutely love it. It suits me and my family well. I encourage anyone who is looking for a good deal, to go check them out and ask for Jordan! He has been wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful! In 2 hours I looked at, test drove, got approved for financing and drove off with my new vehicle. Highly recommend coming here for friendly service with a smile and genuine people that just want to help you rather than make a quick buck off of you and ask for Kirk while you're here, he gave the absolute best service you could ask for. I will always come back here for any further need in vehicles.

What a great experience! I was anxious walking onto the lot as I have had bad experiences at other local dealerships. Jordan was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly, he made this such a positive and stress free transition and now I'm in a vehicle I love and that fits my family much better. Cheryl in financing made things very easy to understand and was very personable as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back when the time comes I decide to buy again. Just what we were looking for:
Paul Brown's helped me to find the exact Jeep I wanted while shopping locally. I did the research and am confident we got the best price with Paul Brown's, that includes shopping Buffalo and Jamestown.
Jim Paterniti, the general manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with my purchase. I feel like that's a fleeting quality in customer service so his dedication was definitely appreciated. I will be back for our next family vehicle.
