  Some Japanese used my credit card to stay and the hotel has the different sign, which should not take much time to return the money but taking too long to refund my money back to my credit card.

  worst holiday inn I've ever stayed at. Its 2 am in the morning and I still can fall asleep because of their crappy old beds. I switched room and all the beds are the same. I've stayed at Super 8's and Day's inn with better beds in them than this for half the price. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this crappy old hotel. You will like me regret it.

  The staff is extremely helpful and although the building is not new it is well maintained and clean. The wifi was slow but, they have upgraded and add additional access points and the speed is now acceptable.

  Had a great experience. The rooms were large and very nice. The hotel was full but quiet. The building is not new but well maintained and clean.
