I just moved from Bothell Washington (Northshore YMCA) and I have to say so far the staff from my old YMCA seem to be a lot more friendly and helpful. I hope this changes, as we really enjoy going to the Y programs because of the kids.

Friendly staff and clean facility. Membership is pretty expensive Just less than $100 for family per monthincludes pool and classes so maybe worth it to some who use these benefits.

They really do help families and they help people find affordable housing they have an inspection program and I like working with them because they make a difference helping people.

Dirty. Unfriendly staff. Was using pool to walk laps. They had swim lessons going on. They forced 4 people into one lane, so they could give a private lesson to one child, and then only used half the length of the pool. All walkers were full paying members, and they often forget this fact.

This place is a great place to hang out. I recommend buying day passes or using guest passes. Don't join! They suck your bank account dry (first payment is 70 dollars). Then when they can't charge you monthly they proceed to say you owe them 70 dollars AGAIN. Even though you didn't continue to use their facilities! Its a terrible scam. Go join Planet Fitness or any other place that doesn't cost you more than 19.99 a month. Its a much better deal than paying 70 dollars everytime something goes wrong with monthly account charging!

I've taken my family here for years, staff is great, programs are excellent and the facility is maintained well. Kids love it when we take them.

I used to work here while I was going to college, it was brand new at the time 1998 so the building is not that old it would be silly to build a new facility every 15-20 years. It was a great place to work, I was a lifeguard and swim teacher and we were sure to clean the deck and check the chemicals. After reading the reviews I am happy to hear that the majority of people think it is a great family friendly facility. The one poor review threw me off, I live out of state now but will be sure to stop by next time I'm in town to see if things have changed.

I've been going here for the past 6 months and I love it, it's never to crowded, it's clean and everyone is very nice, most classes are free and I love thay I can go to a class here and there, it's the same as any other gym except there are things for the kids to do. I started going to loose some weight and I have lost 25 lbs of fat and feel better then ever, the only downside is that they are not open 24 hrs. This place is worth every penny.
