Absolutely Outstanding!! From the initial phone call with Marlene, to squeezing me into their busy schedule, to the follow up calls making sure all needed parts were correct, to being on time and calling me on their way out. Chuck was awesome, not only did he address and handle all of my issues on a Friday afternoon before memorial day weekend but he also took the time to explain everything to me and to show how to properly maintenance my RV so I did not have problems in the future. It is rare to experience business like this anymore especially in the RV world, what a breathe of fresh air from dealing with pompous RV dealers. Even though I have extending warranty on my RV my first call will always go to Chuck.
