Food is great! Service is not so. Simple things like hot green tea are not served at all. Not a kid friendly spot either. The tables are also way too small but overall cozy.

Best udon I've had in the states. Just the right bite to the noodles. The shrimp tempura was the perfect addition.

This place is overall really good and the service was great. Ordered the mentai seafood and uni udon. The mental was good and flavorful but the uni wasn't. It was kind of bland/lacking salt and there was little uni flavor but I'll probably try other dishes here.

Out of all the branches they have, this is the best location for Marugame Monzo. The texture of the noodles are outstanding and the broth is simply warming. Been coming here since 2012 and will continue to come back whenever I'm back in Little Tokyo!

The serving size for the udon is modest but filling. I'm comfortably full after a meal. On top of all, the price is very consumer friendly. There's a line outside but wow was waiting for a bowl worth it!
