  We had a wonderful experience selling our family home with Martin Vehlow. From day one Martin was absolutely amazing and made selling our home his first priority. He made himself available for all questions and concerns and treated our house sale like we were family. Martin went above and beyond with everything that was asked from him and I highly recommend working with him to sell your home. The level of professionalism, curiosity, and integrity will not be matched by others.

  Martin has handled selling 2 houses for us and I can't say enough good things about him! He is a great listener, he will work with the client in all situations, he is honest, straightforward, and when he gives his word, you can take it to the bank! He even went so far as to help me with packing my house when I had no one to help me! Five stars is not nearly enoughI would recommend his services to anyone.

  Martin was such a pleasure to work with! He was actively pursuing options and texting us options. Martin was so helpful and communicated so well all along. I was a bit pushy as we had a short timeline….Martin was patient! Thank you Martin!!! We will be back for our next move!

  Highly recommend Martin Vehlow for your real estate needs! He came in with a great comp compared to others we interviewed. When we signed with Martin and within 3 days we had a full price offer. We closed today and all thanks to Martin, who also prayed over our sale! Thank you so much for your professionalism and all your help Martin.

  Martin is a very unique individual. He does not do his job simply for the money or for any form of recognition. He does it because he TRULY CARES about every person he helps. If you have or had the pleasure to get to know him you will realize that this is the way he lives his life whether it’s his family, his friends or his customers. You will always see him go above and beyond in all that he does. He is so very knowledgeable, yet he is always ready and willing to learn and grow all the time. He is flexible and does his best to work with your schedule. Martin has a world of patience and treats each person as an individual taking into consideration not only your/their needs and wants but also willingly sharing suggestions/considerations you may not have thought of. It is a rare individual who can leave you with such a warm, gratifying experience as Martin does, even when his interaction with you was merely as simple as dealing with some form of real estate or business - something that most business people invest as little time as possible in. Instead, he leaves you with a feeling that you really mattered to him. He has assisted me and my family in many ways in the process of dissolving my husbands estate and preparing to sell and selling the home. He adjusts to your needs so well and can either be ‘all hands on deck’ or if you prefer someone who is a little more hands off, he will gladly adjust to the style you prefer. Martin may seem young to be as skilled as he is, but don’t be fooled. He is very wise and extremely professional and how he does his job, how he runs his life and how he prioritizes everyone and everything, from his family, to his customers, to his Lord, I can guarantee you that you will have no regrets if you have Martin assist you with any of your real estate needs. Not to sound corny, but he truly is a breath of fresh air and a bright beam of sunshine added to your day!! By the way, he also helped my daughter to become a first time home owner despite the scariness of doing that for the very first time! They felt so comfortable and confident with Martin and just love their house!
