My fiance and I walked in excited to find my wedding band. After telling the girl exactly what I wanted, I was shown everything but that, and was pushed to spend $1000 to get what she liked. Another man came to help and they both kept insisting to send my ring off. I have heard so many horror stories about people sending their rings off and getting a different one back. I declined the offer, and then I was told I could get a "bigger, better, nicer" engagement ring. As if the one I personally picked out and my fiance worked for wasn't good enough for them. I left in tears. I never leave bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to have the same experience I did. Me fiance and I both decided we would rather go outside our set price range in order to not have to do business with them.
