  In 2015 my husband was riding his motorcycle in the evening, a teenager was driving his father's company truck and on the phone, didn't check to see if my husband was coming or not and proceeded to pull out onto the street, doing a right on red which led to my husband hitting him and being thrown from his motorcycle into a ditch lined with concrete.
  Road rash covered his back and arms, compound fracture in the right arm, shattered right knee, cracked right femur, they had to see his fingers back together and he had broken multiple ribs.
  When cherry and Irwin heard of the wreck, they approached him in his hospital room and made it clear they would take care of him.
  Months went by, they ignored our calls, ignored our emails, avoided us when we went to their office, yet demanded more and more money (we are still paying them off to this day, 2 years later).
  After 6 or 7 months later, they contacted us and said they had dropped the case due to lack of evidence on the case, and the blamed the police department, saying they took Jacobs statement while he lay unconscious in a ditch, which was a lie entirely.
  They also informed us that the teenager who drove the truck was not in the wrong, he obeyed all traffic laws and my husband caused the wreck and it was his fault.
  There were traffic cameras, I know it was a lie, I know for a fact the cameras must have captured something, as well as what the witnesses had said.
  Horrible horrible attorneys! Never in my life have I felt so humiliated before than i did knowing my husband had to go through months of pain (and is still half crippled from it) with no closure on the subject, and knowing he will never get the compensation he deserved, considering we are in $10,000 of debt from the wreck due to medical bills.
  He also nearly ran me and my husband over on our newest bike when he was texting and pulling out of a parking lot, not paying attention.
  Pretends to care about bikers when he himself nearly causes a wreck with a couple of them.
