This "park" is small, but it has a nice feeling that I can't really explain. It's a nice break up from the surrounding area.

Small, quaint good for a short stop. Not a whole lot to do. It is a good stop if going to local shops.

A little strip mall with a small park in the heart of the city. In the strip mall, you'll find a few restaurants, a yarn and needlework shop, a dance studio, and a fitness center. There's been some turnover in the past, but the tenants have been mostly stable over the past decade.
