We had the crab cake fried green tomatoes and shrimp n grits with eggs. Everything was fantastic all of it was cooked perfectly. Highly recomend also goes well with a Holy City Pluff Mud Porter

Loved this place. First time here. Food was great as was the service. Views were beautiful. Will definitely come here next trip to Charleston.

Nice staff and solid quality and inexpensive food. I also recommend to try one of the local beers. I had the Portobello burger and some onion rings and the Holy City Pluff Mud Porter. Everything was excellent as you can see.

I waited tables for years so maybe I'm more critical, but when you don't come to your table after they take their first bites, that sends me a bad message. Oh my first bite you ask, I got a burger because I've heard these burgers here are all the rage. I orderwd it medium, pink center. It was cooked on side, raw and cold on the other. We asked for waters as well that we never got, my tea sat empty, and it took three times of asking to get a to go box for my remake food. She had three tables leave right when we got there, which only left two for her total. So I'm not sure what the problem was. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. Bad for tourism. I travel for worknot coming back

Great food, great views and fast service! One of the best breakfast in Charleston. Perfect creamy grits😋. I recently had the chopped steak with mashed potatoes and collards. It was very flavorful and very reasonably priced.

Got there about 5:30 (by taxi). My date and I were seated immediately. We requested a window seat and the view was spectacular. I watched waterfowl spearfishing and ate crab dip on crackers while wating for the Buffalo grouper to arrive. The food was excellent and I was "stuffed". The prices were very resonable. What a way to cap off a day of eclipse watching!

This place was wonderful, what a hidden treasure. The clam strips and bacon wrapped shrimp were some of the best I ever had. The atmosphere and location were great. Out waitress Betty Jean (not sure if that's the right name) was great too. I can't wait to visit again.

Fantastic food. I had the country fried steak breakfast, tried the shrimp and grits and some fried green tomatoes. The biscuit was also great. The drink cups were so large I never needed a refill. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. There are so many other menu items I want to try. Will certainly be back.

We come here for Business Meetings a lot. The food is always so good! And the service is spectacular! They keep drinks filled and come by 3-4 times during the meal just to make sure everything is exactly the way you'd expect it to be.

So, the parking will be validated so bring your ticket. We walked in at 3 on a Saturday (an hour before the kitchen swaps to dinner only) and were greeted by. we weren't. There were three servers counting their cash and cutting up with each other talking about the money they made and two hostesses behind the counter. ALL 5 said nothing for a good few mins. Then one girl finally asked and led us to a table. The ceiling tile is warped and falling, the outside of the restaurant is rusted, but it's natural since they have salty water around. Our table had a view 8 out of 10 of the Marina. Just beautiful. Then our server, an older woman with blonde hair and a raspy voice greeted us. We didn't know what to get and she stopped by about every 3 mins asking if we were ready (not offering help, as she was more preoccupied playing around with employees) after already approaching us initially with an irritated attitude. My wife asked, "How is your clam chowder?" And the lady looked at her and just shrugged her shoulders and said, "Well, it's a cream based chowder. Soooooo." I wanted to say, "WHAT IS IT?! CAMPBELLS?!?!" That was the service we were getting. Nothing answered, irritated employee. Anyway, I got the veggie wrap and my wife for the pan seared oysters with the beans, collards, and fries. About 10 mins or so later, the lady approaches with the food. The veggie wrap (mostly full of lettuce, but okay) and her "pan seared" oysters were just battered for the fryer and put in a pan. Not really seared should have just gotten them grilled. Asked the server if they were fried or pan seared because they looked fried and the server just looked and said ,"Pan seared", and walked off in a huff. No exaggeration. (I was a 5 star server for 7 years so I accept sub par service. I understand it. But terrible service I have no patience for) The sides and food were fine just fine. the "pan seared" oysters were slimy and covered in a ton of batter, the wrap had mostly lettuce and very little other vegetables, and the service was terrible. Maybe you'll have a different experience, but this was ours.

The food was delicious, it was mother's day and we didnt have to wait forever for brunch, foid came out fast and hot and the scenery was beautiful. At my table AND out the window😉 if you love the water as much as me you will be happy here.

I eat here with a friend of mine maybe once a week. The prices are good and so are the specials but I have tried to order onion rings on 3 separate occasions and they were always burnt. The Caesar salads are not good but their desserts and views are great. Just stay away from the onion rings or Ceasars side salad

Probably my FAVORITE restaurant in Charleston and that is saying a lot because there are a lot of really good places to eat in Charleston. The food is incredible, but (if it is possible) I think the VIEW is even better.

Tremendously busy, but the hostess and server had things on lock. After a bit of a wait, which was estimated correctly, we were seated, with a lovely view of the water. Soon after, a good southern breakfast was served up. Recommend for breakfast options, after all, its served all day.
