I ordered from this company in the beginning of February. Their customer service people are nice, but overall ineffective. I had an address issue for shipping and while they consoled me on how difficult their shipping provider is, there was no urgency on solving my problem. As I’m checking the tracking and seeing this package go across the country 3 times on its final route back to the shipper I’ve yet to get a call back about this item and now 3 weeks past my deadline.

I wouldn’t recommend this company for anything urgent or if you need things done precisely.

I’ve contacted this company 4 times over the last month. The last time they said they would have someone reach out by the end of day. It’s been over a week since and still, no one. Idk how they are ranked #1 for most canna packaging websites. In my experience they are absolutely horrible. 0/10
Also their shipping prices are absolutely outrageous. Almost 50% of your order in “tariffs”. They are by far one of the most expensive companies inside they states. This place is a scam. Beware

I've used their company a few times in the past through the name "420 packaging". But had an account on "marijuana packaging". For some reason my account was inaccessible and I couldn't get the password reset email. I made a new account, ordered my products, verified my ID, the money got taken from my account and a week went by. I requested the tracking number to my email from the first account several times as I check that one everyday with no luck. Then just recently I check my bank account and they refunded the money. They told me because my billing address didn't match the physical address on my ID they denied the order after accepting payment and saying all was good. Now I will not have my cartridges and syringes to fill with distillate before I leave town and will miss the deadline to launch my new company. I simple asked Jacquline Martinez for corporates email so I can express my concerns to them on how poorly this affected my business plan but she denied me.

I strongly recommend against using either company "Marijuana Packaging" & "420 Packaging and just order your stuff from china. You'll have just as much of a hard time but your products will arrive on time and be way cheaper. Its a shame local makes it so hard to keep it local even when the costs are through the roof in comparison.
