Not a true hotel. They don't treat you as a guest. But they will provide normal amenities such as towels and simple cleans. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

Facilities and pool are great. Staff is friendly, and the unit we stayed in was great. My biggest issue is the internet in Kingston plantation is awful, and unless the roads your staying in has upgraded our free service the prices are ridiculous. In 2017 in the US people shouldn't be paying a daily rate 3mbps.

Great place for couple or family to vacation at the beach. Some are better than others, just depends on the individual owner. I would highly recommend it if your willing to spend the money.

Very quiet and spacious for family. Great staff smiling and helpful. Plantation gym cost 10.00 daily per person. Restaurant is a bit pricey but meal was well prepared.

I was getting ready to check in to a regular room, after a terrible experience at sands. I came here and they gave us a free upgrade after we talked to them for a minute to a condo. It was amazing and was the best vacation experience i have had. We had trouble with the smoke alarms and a guy came right away. If you have the money or chance i recommend it to everyone!

There were a few things missing like paper towels and it wasnt as clean I wouldve like it to be, but everyone was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The Margate Tower is a very clean building. I stayed in a condo on floor 18 and it was quiet and everyone kept to themselves in a respectful way. The pool was clean, and there were never any problems. The service was great, there at all times and ready to help whenever.

My family and I recently stayed here in the villas. The parking was ridiculous! Being a family of 6, including a newborn and toddler, we had a lot of stuff! We had to park across the road and then in front of another set of villas from where we stayed. It was a nightmare getting everything and everyone back and forth.
The worst thing is our card was charged (pending) when we checked in and then charged again when we checked out. So basically we had to have the whole amount times 2 in the account for several days to keep from over drawing our account.
I might add that the cost for staying here each night, we could have found a nicer place to stay where we could actually SEE the beach instead of loading up a car each time and driving to even catch a glimpse.
Also, we were supposed to get a room with two queen bedswe got a king bed and a sofa bed that had the worst 3 inch mattress. You could feel every coil in the thingagain, ridiculous for the amount they charge to stay here.
For what you pay I would suggest finding another place to stay. We will never stay here again!!!

Our family of five stayed in the villas for a week. Spacious, clean, and well stocked kitchen to make ourselves breakfast and lunch while there. The housekeeping staff was thorough and friendly. And it was a short walk to the beach, pools, and tennis. Beautiful grounds for a pleasant walk. The kids loved to watch the turtles, fish, ducks, and swans in the pond. We'd go again.

The condo was beautiful, but more thought was put into the decor than the function. No dressers in the second bedroom, and a sitting room that had no purpose.
The last condo we stayed at in Margate, the owners had high end soaps and plenty of towels and essentials. This owner had two rolls of cheap toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. The hand soap in the bathrooms was so cheap it came out like water. When we arrived there was a dirty pan in the oven with an old burger on it and the bathrooms had hair and a nasty old hair tie in the shower. We called the cleaners who came out after much hesitation.

The property is nice, but I will stay somewhere else if I ever go back to Myrtle Beach again.
