I ordered through grub hub. A rice ball parm with vodka sauce there was an extra charge for vodka sauce. Instead of calling me to tell me they just sent it with regular sauce. I hate regular sauce hense me asking for vodka. Also ordered a pizza that came completely wrong.. asked for it well done.. not even close. Asked for half mushroom and half mushroom and meatball. I got half cheese half
Mushroom and meatball.

Very disappointed.
My food is going in the garbage!

Horrible experience!!!! Mind you I will order almost every day from Brooklyn Pizza and so does my coworkersthe owner! He was very confrontation when I told him that the lettuce were old! Arguing with me about my food that I paid for I will not be ordering from Brooklyn pizza again

Their pizza is great when you pick it up ,, having the food delivered is usually warm to cold. Ordering a sub is not worth the money due to the fact that your sub will be missing items & its paper thin i'm not exaggerating either the Italian sub is 1 -2 slices of ham , 1 slice of salami 1 slice of cheese topped wit a lot of lettuce. They like to argue with you when you tell them to bring you anther sub as well. And they will take there sweet time bringing it to you. So in conclusion if you're going to buy anything from this place I would only get the pizza and I stress pick it up !

Ordered through the Grubhub app. Clearly stated my order but they managed to get it wrongagain. Previous attempt to order from them had them missing items from my order. So when I give them another chance, what happens? Missing items from my order. Shocking I know! Since it's now a trend, I won't be ordering anymore.

Delivery was very fast, much faster than estimated.
Pizza was great.
