Maple Ave restaurant is terrific. It's got some really interesting takes on classic American dishes. We loved their version of chicken wings!
This restaurant is extremely small, only 9 tables, and reservations are required. I was there for Sunday brunch and the food was excellent. In reading the menu the items come across as "snobbish" ingredients, but once the flavors hit your pallet they are unbelievable. The explosion of flavors was the determining factor in my desire to return for another enjoyable culinary experience.
Reservations!
Had a wonderful meal. Highly recommend going there. Great service too.
Awesome! Unassuming space with absolutely excellent dishes. Each has an interesting twist to it. You won't be disappointed.
the pictures of the interior and of the food are no longer accurate. The menu consists of about 10 items. I had the chicken empanadas, they were very good. wait staff was friendly and efficient.
Excellent eclectic food. I'm giving four starts since is a very small place hard to get into (around 8 tables). Also, the place itself is pretty ugly. They need to update it to be at the same level as their food.
As always an amazing dining experience. Great service. Got here at 8pm on Sunday and they were gracious enough to let us stay all by ourselves here.
Really enjoyed the brunch pairing for $38. Delicious and both of us were full! So many courses
It is a wonderful little restaurant right off 123. The food is always superb as are the thoughtfully crafted cocktails. This is a great place for lunch or dinner or happy hour especially when you don't want to be around a loud and rowdy crowd.
The food is fantastic. You can really tell that the chef is passionate about food. Also all the signature drinks are made by the chef and they are really good. Only thing is its a pretty small place so reservations are in most cases going to be needed.
A group of 8 friends went to Maple Ave to catch up after the holidays. We were there for restaurant week brunch. Because the place is so tiny the owner wanted us there when they opened to be sure we could be together. Of course our visiting was wonderful but the food was fantastic. The 6 course tasting menu was unique and flavorful and absolutely delicious. The chef is a star. The staff were the perfect blend of knowledgeable and attentive. I cannot recommend this place enough. Well done. Wonderful.
While the building is a little small and in need of some maintenance, the food made me forget my location. My husband and I got the 6-course meal for 2 during lunch. It was a good price at ~$20 a person. It started with eggs and bacon, then a roasted beets soup, toasted baguettes with cheese/pickles/spreads, empanadas, braised pork on top of flavorful potatoes, and apple pie a la mode with layered honey cake on the house. I thought the food was a little greasy (eggs & pork) but delicious nonetheless (the fat melts off the pork). The flavors and reasonable price won me out.
