Very friendly and fast service. Teriyaki chicken fried rice was tasty. Definitely will visit again.
I went to this restaurant with my family. Very family friendly. Also very crowded on weekends. You may have to reserve one day before if you have guests or you may not get a table. I loved kung pao chicken best it has a nice hot peanutty taste if you are a fan of peanuts you will love it. Try sushi rolls for appetizer. They offer to make your customized dish with various choices the only bad thing is you will smell like Chinese food after leaving this restaurant.
It’s a good place to to be. I went there with 5 family members. The portions are good and the Chinese + Thai food selection is a good idea.
Big Bowl is a great chinese/Thai restaurant that have fresh oriental vegetables and chefs that prepare the food just the way you like it. They have a good number of vegetarian/vegan options. Goes well especially for the Indian palate as the food can be prepared nice and spicy. Great customer service too. They also made my birthday special with this amazing cake with candle.
It's a good place when you want to try asian cuisine. Nice ambience and sitting
Tried the vegetarian pot stickers and the stir fry bar. Had a good experience and great service. Sufficient portions, great taste, good ambience definitely coming back again .
Great Asian fusion. Nothing taste like it was microwaved and the options are varied and delicious. I really enjoyed the Pho and the honey lemonade drinks go down WAY too easy. Often we would start at the bar after work just to grab a delicious drink and end up staying through dessert because you can't sit there too long and smell the good food and see what everyone else has without wanting some.
Basic food court fare. Yes it's slightly better presented but gummy and bland as well. Think past prime PF Chang's.
-- went back later the same week, ugh --
2 days later and I went back. Fried rice was gummy, not properly cooled and toasted. Everything is way too sweet. All I have to say is if you want savory Chinese, leave this place behind.
Staff is nice, food is sub Panda Express
Terrible experience. The waitress messed up our entire order and gave us stuff that we didn't order even after repeated instructions. My sister was eating and the waitress just took the plate without bothering to ask if we were done. On top of that the food is all drenched in some honey-sour liquid. Not a great experience and would not recommend going there at all. But the manger was nice and very respectful. He was able to cover some expenses for us.
Were there for lunch.
FOOD: Shrimp Summer Roll (A), Mongolian Beef (A), Thai Hot Peper Chicken Noodles (C).Portions are quite big. Next time we'll go with make your own bowl option.
Service was great, Ambiance is modern, cozy.
Value didn't seem adequate to the quality of experience. If we wouldn't have a gift card and paid the whole amount, it wouldn't seem worth to us to return.
But on the whole it was a quite good experience.
Definitely liked the place for my first visit here, portion was what I chose in the bowl and was well done for the sauces I chose. Infact it was a good meal, slightly on the expensive side possibly due to being in the town center, but good place to visit and eat. People in were pretty courteous as well.
Best Orange Chicken I've had. Not greasy or heavy feeling. Fresh ingredients. The house-made ginger ale will redefine what you should expect from that beverage. Bruce Cost bottled Ginger-Ale also available for carry-out. Love it.
The five stars are purely for the service - everyone from the manager to the waiter assigned to our table was excellent and inviting. We went here to celebrate a birthday, and we were extremely glad that we had picked this place for the occasion.
The food was really good too - we had the chicken dumplings as appetizer, and Stir-fry to share plus Pad Thai chicken. In all, the food was delicious and the flavors were spot on.
The only gripe was the Sangria - we tried the special for the day (I think it was an Orange Sangria or something like that) Unfortunately, the cinnamon was overpowering and the Sangria was not really like what we were expecting. We might perhaps order a different drink the next time.
But, the hospitality was easily the star here - despite the not so great drinks, we were extremely satisfied with the experience and will definitely come back again, probably to check out the happy hour.
