Doug was able to get us approved for a VA loan when no else could! He knew EXACTLY what docs to request and how to present them so there was no going back-and-forth with an underwriter. Yes, we have multiple mortgages and yes we are investors. We are finally living in one place - yay for military retirement - and bought our dream ranch.
