Theater is kept clean. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms could use some updating (toilet seats) but otherwise not too bad. For a theater, the most important part are the screens which are flawless compared to other local cinemas (Cobb, Premiere Oaks)

So many things wrong with this theatre and management does not seem to care. No audio during intros ( normal they said), hand dryers do not work and no signs ( normal they said) so many people complain and have to get out of their seat to find that (it’s normal).

Too loud, we went to the bigD theatre room, the entire show was painful to our ears. I was very concerned about my children's hearing being compromised. I let the staff know but was told this is a higher quality sound most people never hear. I asked if this is safe decibel level. They said yes. I really don't believe this is true. My family sat through the movie with paper in our ears in order to make it through the show. This is ridiculous that i have to wear earplugs now if we ever come back. AMC needs to ensure sound levels are safe. I looked online and easily found articles this is a problem with AMC. How can company allow this to continue?

This place plays low grade movies with a political view over 5 star review movies. Never going here again, I would rather drive to Orlando to watch a movie than go here.

one of the better theaters in the area but also a bit pricey. clean and friendly people. the IMAX in Palm Bay is better if you pay extra for it.

The popcorn is delicious even though ticket prices are rather high - but that's typical for movie theaters. I'm just really really hoping they don't get rid of the bucket deal that Carmike had this year. If that happens I will not be going to the movies anymore and my family will find a different theatre.

The place is good for there movies but don't go late and want snacks. The employees disappear. It's like a ghost town

This theater is in horrible condition especially considering it is not that old and it's in a very nice area. The management has no clue on how to run the place and absolutely no idea how to provide good customer service. They are recent high school graduates, if that, and they think they know best when it comes to the comfort of their theater. The restrooms are always disgusting and there is very little water pressure. The last time we went the A/C wasn't working in theater #2 and they gave us passes to come back. We went back today and theater #11 had the same problem where it was warm and muggy in the theater. When we told the manager we wanted a refund he just handed us more passes and walked away without apologizing for the inconvenience. Unbelievably bad management skills. We will be driving further away to go to the theater in either Melbourne or Merritt Island instead of going back here.

When this was first built, it was a pretty nice place. But it always seems to have some sort of management problems as it moves through owners. The last two movies I've seen here were pretty poor experiences. A few months ago, a friend and I bought tickets online and showed up to the theater. There was no indication where to go if you bought tickets online, and it was a later showing so the lobby was practically empty. There was one girl at the concession stand. When we got drinks, we went over to the theater and there was no one checking tickets. We realized we could have literally just walked in and sat in any movie we wanted without purchasing anything. We didn't even have physical tickets.

The second time, there was someone checking tickets, and there is a small kiosk that lets you retrieve online purchases via a QR code. Better. Maybe it was there last time, but this time there were signs indicating its existence. Things were going well, but midway through the movie the house lights were flashing on and off randomly, then just stayed on for about 10 minutes.

I will say the "BigD" theater is quite nice. Leather, cushy seats. Giant screen, great resolution, and fantastic sound. It's the only reason I come to this place. Hopefully they iron out some management issues and clean up the place a little.

    *sigh* where to start

In this modern day of technology many theaters have decided to employ these amazing devices called ticket kiosks. They allow patrons to purchase tickets quickly and efficiently without interacting with a human.

This theater has chosen not to use these wonderful innovations.

So in lieu of ticket kiosks, intelligently managed theaters do the next best thing and have separate lines for tickets and concessions.

Sooooooooo if you just want to see a movie, and have decided to opt out of purchasing Wilford Brimley's Diabeetus Bucket size soda then rejoice! Because YOU, lucky patron, still get the pleasure of standing behind every mother with her gaggle of ankle-biters as she purchases 27 different beverages, buckets of popcorn, and candy and every indecisive f'k stick who stood in line for 20 minutes, but didn't decide what he wanted until he got to the counter. Fun, right?

Well whatever I finally have my ticket. I get seated. The movie was supposed to start at 7:30p, but HOLY HELL do they play a lot of trailers. I think it wasn't until 8:04p that the movie actually started rolling.

    Not happy with new company.
    Was happy with the previous.
Now we can't check out show times online. New website keeps circling around.

Forget calling the theater to ask any questions.. recording refers you to their website. Frustrating!

The best local theater. Great staff and because of the location you have stuff to do if you get there early. (for me that's usually books a million).

In 2017 this theater is just not awesome. Old school seating and the theater is showing it's age. This theater needs some upgrades it even has a little funky smell to it. Theater was hot inside even in the winter.

Tuesdays are the best! Love going! The staff is wonderful and so are the people who attend during the weekdays! The movie theater is clean, the bathrooms are clean, and so are the walkways outside the theater! Keep it up!
