Ok, I have since updated. I ate here once again, 4 stars to 1, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere that they at least appreciate your business. The customer since was horrendous and food this time was mediocre. To wait almost an hour for a hamburger? it took so long my dad was only able to eat half of his (imagine how irritated I was about that) it's as if they have graced us with their presence and we should be grateful for all the wasted time at their establishment. After complaining all I got was a half hearted sorry. That's fine won't be going back.

First review. I've only been there once, but plan on returning. I ordered the cowboy hamburger, which I would compare to a red Robin hamburger and would order again. I plan on returning and trying other menu items.

Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Awesome breakfast burritos, steaks grilled as you ordered with your choice of side dishes. Nice desserts if you leave room. The atmosphere was friendly, clean and expedient. Had to wait to be seated, the line moved at a steady pace. The staff was courteous, checked back frequently to provide refills on drinks. Prices on food was average. So if your looking for a tasty meal, service with a smile, I recommend The Main Street Grill.

This is a great place to stop for a bite while you’re heading to or from Moab. They have a menu the size of Cheesecake Factory and delicious barbecue on the weekend!

We went on a double date with our friends here. My friend ordered a medium rare steak it was way too done, and she sent it back. The next one came almost exactly the same. We both had broccoli and it was awful. My husband had the ribs, and they were super small and really bad. My brother in law had the brisket sandwich and it was mediocre. I feel bad leaving a bad review and I normally don't, but the food was not awesome here. Hopefully they will get a real chef :)

Traveling, first time to dine here. The salad bar was a treat and met my special dietary needs. Will return if we pass through again. Our waitress was friendly. Solid place to eat

Nice friendly atmosphere with lots of comfort food selections. A fresh stocked salad bar as well! Easy to find right on the south end of main street.

My family decided to visit my Grandpa this weekend and treat him to a nice meal out on the town. Our intentions were good, but unfortunately we dined here. I agree with the other reviews about being served generic frozen food that feels microwaved and then placed on your plate as though it was fresh. Their food had no taste and all of it was dry and rubbery, even the salad! How do you mess up a salad?

Was our favorite place to go until today. The cook needs to learn the difference between crispy bacon and burnt bacon (this probably happened because the bacon was precooked to save time which is not a good idea if you want it to taste good). There is also a difference between a regular waffle and a Belgian waffle and the menu says add fruit $1 not add fruit syrup or whatever that bitter tasting red stuff was. Want to sweeten fruit? Add a little lemon! We get worried when a place we liked to go starts losing pride in the food they put out.

We have enjoyed Main Street Grill, but my family took me there for breakfast on my birthday and they charged us 25% gratuity. There were only 6 of us and not a huge bill. When I told them I like to choose how much of a tip I leave and asked her to take it off they said that it could not be removed. I tip based on service and how good the food was, I will not be back if I am forced to pay 25 % gratuity no matter what.

Breakfast all day! Food is really good, at a good price. Try to avoid the peak hours or you will have to wait more than usual. THE HOT CHOCOLATE IS THE BEST!

Really good friendly staff. Went above and beyond plus the food was amazing. Highly recommend the potatoes as a side. Sweet potato fries were also large and just as good. Easy to pass but a shame if you do.

Meh. Reasonably Priced, food was sub-par, salad bar vegetables were fresh, service was excellent, soft serve was OK. Fine to stop at if driving through and hungry, but not a 'must stop' destination.
