The place we stayed was so pretty and so close to the beach with lots of food choices and shops. Quiet and nice area! The room was clean. Beach chairs towels, etc are available at the office!

Great location b/w A1A and the Beach. Friendly helpful staff. Only area of improvement is bathroom had minimal water pressure and hot water availability was spotty. Flexible early check-in without fuss.

Best location on the strip of Miami Beach but a bit north of that so it is much less busy and crazy. Located between the beach and the marina.
Good rooms that looks very south beach style and ambiance.
Only thing on the down side was the mattress which was not in standard with other hotel that was too small and springy for a couple to sleep on cumfurtubly.
Be advised that they charge $6 per car when you get the room a bit strange.
They are apartment type rooms so if you are staying there for few days and the mattress don't bother you and paying for the car $6 per day so bring your own groceries and enjoy the beach and the area.

Excellent location steps away from Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Tiny pool. Rooms clean but dated.

This is a gem on the beach. My expectations were the standard on the beach worn down hotel with dated rooms but was very surprised at how nice the room was. Everything was nice and clean with a very fresh look. Big room and friendly staff. I will be back.

Place is cute. But one bath towel per person. Asked for another and was told I already had a towel, they needed to wash towels. I had no washcloth and was told they were all used, had to wait for them to be washed. I fell like I spent my whole time their, begging for towels.

    Too damn hot.

This place serves a simple purpose, is close to the beach, is clean, is spacious, and has a basic kitchen. However, the unit we stayed on (44) is cooled down by a small box AC, which barely cools down the living room. The main bedroom however is a giant oven, the temperature was over 80 in there. You would figure that in down Florida ventilation would be a priority for beach goers. To make matters worse when the maintenance guy came over to lend us a fan from the desk, he complained to us about how he has complained to management about the necessity for better ventilation to no avail.

Clean rooms next to the beach, with a lot of variety of restaurants around. They have kitchenettes and enough space for you to put 5 luggages and still have room for more. Staff was nice. The rooms are a noticeably old, however. This has a paid parking, so you'll be charged separately, but the price of stay was always inexpensive.

Studio room is on the smaller side but very clean. Small kitchenette with 2 burner stove top, sink, and med sized fridge (big enough to hold everything u need for a week). Could use a bit of updating but great for what we needed. Free Wifi is strong in the room and they offer free beach towels and chairs. Overall good value and location!

Hidden Treasure walking distance from the beach. Beds could be a little softer for comfort. Overall would highly recommend this place. Staff friendly and hospitable with any requests we had.

Hidden gem! I am really glad I took a chance on this place it's perfect. Looking at other reviews made me skeptical. From what I can gather this place was recently sold/bought or got a renovation. It's clean and a great value. I'm in a standard room and it's like a small studio apartment. Perfect for one or two people. I believe the there are larger rooms available. It's clean and spacious. I'm going to stay here the rest of the week. The ladies checked me in promptly and we're very kind. I would tell my family to stay here and I'd definitely stay here again.

It costs about $80 to stay here in off season. It is cool place that is chic. Little apartment style places with small kitchens and full fridges. Quiet and 2 minute walk to the beach and beachwalk. Very clean and feels pretty new. No bad smells in the majority of the rooms. The only problem are the rooms right in the front of the establishment because the cars going by are too loud when you stay in those rooms plus people in the pool tend to be loud, and those rooms are right next to pool. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good for only $80 per night. Not far from good restaurants.

Stayed for 3 days before joining a cruise. Large, clean rooms Less than a block from the beach and less than a$30 cab ride from both airport and cruise. Boardwalk had a variety of really good restaurants. Staff friendly and very helpful. Great beach and people watching. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
