My wife and I scheduled Maid To Please to come clean our house this past Saturday. We scheduled a first time deep cleaning and then monthly cleanings thereafter. We received a confirmation email that someone would be there between 8 and 10 am. No one showed up or called. I responded back to the company email that was sent and still have received no response. All the conveniences of online scheduling and credit card payment only matter if the people actually show up to do the work.

Maid to Please cleaned my house at least 5 or 6 times, so this review is way overdue.

They always email me an ETA before every scheduled cleaning.Their website is a breeze to use to get an instant quote and schedule an appointment. Office and cleaning staff have been incredibly nice and really want to make sure the customer is happy.

Terrible. Paid for 3 hrs service + extras to clean out fridge for a 4000 sq ft house. What did two people do in 3 hours? Vacuum 2 sets of stairs, clean the kitchen, mop the 1st floor for one level, and clean two bathrooms. We didn't even request they dust. The owner estimated that it would take only 3.5 hrs to clean the floor/bathrooms/carpet for the entire house (which I agreed to pay for). This essentially meant they only cleaned 1/3 of the house. The owner grossly under-quoted the value of paid services. Buyer beware. NOT RECOMMENDED.
