Had a terrible experience living there. Just too many issues from cockroach, noise, people stealing package left in front of the door, management would listen to your complain but won't really help you much, etc... It was so bad I ended up breaking the lease even though they charged me $2500 to break the lease. Even though I cleaned the unit very thoroughly, they charged me so much to repaint and clean the unit.

Moved in a few months ago, so far so good. Staff is nice, seems like they might need a few more in the office since it's hard to reach them sometimes but they usually get back promptly. They have an online system to pay rent and submit service requests so that's helpful since it's such a large complex you don't always have to call them directly.

The apartments are nice but over priced .. The staff is rude and will walk right past you without saying anything. Also, they nnneevveerrr answer their phone :/ There is a towing company that impounded my car as well as a couple of my neighbors just for staying in the same space for a couple days. We even had our parking stickers on the windshield. All Bad!!!!!

The worst place to live in don't even think about renting from this place they stole the cars every night and they aren't responsible for anything

MP advertises luxury apartments but outside of the common areas in the leasing office and the main pool they fail to deliver a luxury experience. Paint is peeling, mold is commonplace, as well as bed bugs and cockroaches throughout various buildings. Madison Park is a ca$h scam for the property company MG properties who are notorious for running cut-corner operations and underpaying staff.

Got my car broken into twice. Within a month.. And just saw a guy post that his four BMW wheels were stolen.
My car was broken into twice. And they stole my car permit and then my car got towed and then I had to pay to take it out. when I feel like the apartment complex should've paid for it when they know people are getting broken into. Warn the residents. I don't feel safe parking my car in the parking lot . Hire an extra security to monitor the parking lots..

I lived here for about 6 months
It was all pretty good except one thing.
The parking, you could only park one car per apartment, you couldn't even buy more.
Also my laundry card got stolen here

I actually really like living here - my experience has been only good so far! I moved in with my husband one year ago and really liking it so far ... of course sometimes the pool area seems a little crowded or dogs are barking but I think it's pretty normal. Maintenance requests were always dealt with in a timely manner (within 2-3 for medium priority requests) so I cannot complain at this point. Maintenance is literally working 7 days a week cleaning outside and inside. Haven't actually seen a single cockroach here as other reviewers say but maybe only because I don't really hang out in the pool area after dark. All in all great experience. I'm not giving 5 stars because sometimes the trash rooms and laundry rooms are too messy or some laundry automates are not in service.

This is an appartment complex full of theives. And in talking about management. We just moved out after not being able to live longer than 3 months. And they are charging us an extra 100 dollars for "paint, holes on walls, and cabnit painting" which is the worst part. The day we moved in we went over the problem that the cabnets were peeling. now we are paying for it.

If you read the replys that the bad reviews get you will notice that they all say the same thing. And thats how it is with these people. Do nit rent here. Read the yelp reviews and look at the pictures. ITS ALL REAL

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!LISTEN TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ITS ALL TRUE!!!!!! I LIVED THERE FOR ABOUT 3months AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME 500dollars to "paint the apartment and clean it "there is no way to get a hold of someone who is in charge, they will send you to different people and never call you back or solve your issues. you will have 2 different utility bills , one from the city and one from private companies that work with madison park to get more of your money!!
do not rent here it is dirty and this company is all about cover ups. they only cover up the exterior so they can over charge you. !!!!!!!

If there was a star lower than "1" they definitely deserved it.
I called because there was a problem with my shower. Not only the water comes out extra extra cloudy but the shower is also stopped/CLOGGED up and they told me 48 hours. -_- I FREAKING LIVE LIVE HERE
Btw the security guard at night gets commission for the cars he tows!!!!!!!!!!!!
For some odd reason everyone at the office of Madison park thinks they are soooooo smart. End up becoming a fool just like them if you talk to them.

Alyssa at the font desk helped me get my apartment so I just moved in a week ago. She was very very nice and helpful.
So far so good. I hope it's not as bad as all are saying.

I love this place. The only downside I have to say is that as of yesterday, they started charging for the coffee in their coffee shop. Normally I would be fine with that, but its literally like a quarter cup. I can't help but think that's straight up greed right there. I used to enjoy my days off and go into that room with a nice book and read for a few hours and enjoy a cup of coffee or two. Now, I rather go to AMPM and get more coffee for a cheaper price and just read at home.
