Decent foid, but lousy service. No organization of servers. Guests seated after us had orders taken ahead of us and we're served before we were even acknowledged. We had to flag someone down to have order taken. Water ordered and never brought and no one ever revisited the table to see if we might need anything else. Had to ask for flatware to eat the food.

We ordered the fried green beans they were so good and you get a hefty serving. Also had the root beer float was very good w/lots of vanilla ice cream. Definitely would visit again, had great customer service also.

Every time we go to Old Town Temecula, we make sure that we will eat at Mad Madeline because we love their burgers. They really huge and tasty! Friendly staff and the setup of their restaurant is really cool.

Mediocre burger, go to In-n-Out and save your money. To make matters worse, the server carried his dog from the kitchen area to his car and came back and continued serving without washing his hands or dusting off the dog hair from his apron. Not cool when you pay $57 for lunch and you know you could've done better at home.

I love their burgers . Live sitting outside in beautiful old town Temecula. Fries are fresh cut and very good. They have healthy choices as well , veggie burger and turkey burger choices. I had quick prompt and courteous service .

Horrible venue, subpar food, atrocious service. Owners are rude. It baffles me that this place is as highly rated as it is.

We sat at the dirty table for 10 minutes and the servers simply ignored us. They knew we just sat down and were expecting to have the table cleaned and given our menus and water, instead we got zip, so we simply left. There are plenty of great restaurants in Old Town who are willing to earn our business.

Excellent place for burgers and beer. Great street front seating, friendly service, and enormous burgers!! Interior is old fashioned diner style. Cool vibe.

Between the three of us we all liked the cheeseburgers, onion rings, and fries. I even like the chocolate shake. But the food good, not great. Maybe it was better years ago, and now it seemed too commercialized.

Came here for lunch with my 2 kids. Our waitress was friendly and we got our food quick. Everything tasted really good. Definitely going back!

We are eating here at noontime on a Saturday. Service is prompt. The portions are huge. I just posted a picture of half of a pastrami sandwich, the half I will take home, as each half is the size of an entire sandwich. I asked for grilled onions in place of the pickles. My other half ate a veggie burger and said it was excellent, too. The fries were fresh and delicious. Very happy with our experience.

A place to enjoy a GREAT burger n BBQ fair n people watch in Old Town. The mist is a treat when you've been walking around n it doesn't effect you n the diner. We had the deep fried green beans n onions n almost filled up on those before our food came. They need more larger group seating arrangements as we were a party of 5 w/2 kids n the host didn't know how to seat us and tho I suggested an arrangement that would work, he didn't like my idea n did something awkward with 2 tables but the people before us had heard me n exchanged their table with us so we could have the seating arrangement more accommodating as he tried to seat another party at one of our tables as we got up.AWKWARD! It is BUSY but well worth the wait. The food is one of the better hamburger/BBQ places around. Located in a tourist area with lots of antique stores around n busy tourist shoppers the prices are TOURIST prices so expect to pay a bit more. I know if they charged these prices n a non tourist area they wouldn't have a crowd or be as popular as they are. I took away a star for the seating issue but if you're walking around Old Town and want a good place to eat, I would suggest this place to anyone.
