The associates in the woman department was AWESOME they was courteous and kind Macy's need more employees like them my new shopping place.
My family and I visited the Macon mall for the first time thanksgiving weekend (Sunday)We went to the Macy’s there to purchase my parfume. I stood at the coco channel counter for a while waiting (and there was NO CUSTOMERS there at the counters but me) While the sales lady stood behind the Clinique counter talking and laughing with her male friend who was also behind the counter with his chair leaned back (it was apparent that he definitely did not work there ). When the sales lady finally decided to help me she was EXTREMLY rude and rolled her eyes at me behind my back (my husband watched and seen her). I decided NOT to buy a darn thing from that Macy’s. I wouldn’t care if the parfume only cost $5. I will continue to buy my parfume from bells. Very bad experience there. But the rest of the mall was friendly.
This was my first time at this location. When I approached the staff with questions, they responded as though I were bothering them.
I originally stopped to browse the petite sections. Unfortunately, they had none. So disappointed. However, the store was clean, well organized and had a good variety - excluding petite and short sizes.
There is never enough staff when you need help. But the staff is very friendly. They also have a lot of cute stuff.
Every time I go to the make up counter. I either can't get help or they don't have what I need 🤔

Customer friendly staff. They are familiar with their frequent shoppers. Sale prices are great. There's mostly some sort of coupon that's applicable. The store is clean.
Macon Mall is slowly dying and has been for years. This Macy's, much like many others is expensive. Store is nice and clean, however.
The store was closed but there was nothing posted on website to notify patrons.
Lacey was so helpful! My card accidentally got charged a few times for a pair of running shoes for my emt class. I needed them fairly quickly, so Lacey pulled them aside for me and called me to check in. She made everything quick and simple for me. She was an exceptional employee and should be used as a reference for resolving future issues if they do come up. I highly advise they praise her on her poise, professionalism and punctuality with helping me. Thank you so much and I will reccomend everyone here.
Friendly staff but due to it being in bad location now. It doesn't see a high enough volume of customers to put money back in store to keep the newest styles from their products manufacturers.
Macy's needs to close this store ASAP. It is an embarrassment to the company for someone to try to do business there.
A simple question via phone call should not leave you wanting to jump off a bridge in frustration. I got so many 'I don't knows' and 'the person is off today, no one else knows how to do the wedding registry' I wanted to scream.
No phones answered. FINALLY got an answer from fine jewelry.
So sad. Will NEVER shop at Macy's again.
