I had forgotten there was a Macy's in Southlake mall. The place was a total mess but I found wonderful clothes and a nice Christmas dress. The Lady working the cash register was very polite and helpful. She kept a smile on her face. Beatrice was a Christmas angel. Thank you .

I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at the BACKSTAGE discount area which allows you to save money and still purchase quality merchandise. Also, the sales staff at the Southlake Mall location were very courteous, friendly, and provided excellent customer service... Thank you.

The ladies in the perfume and make-up sections are wonderful and so professional. When spending 100 + $ on perfume, great customer service makes it worth your wild.

I love my store. Great customer service. I love the fact that there is a outlet store inside called Macy's Backstage on the 1st floor. Great finds with awesome prices.

Needed some help and two young ladies, Jasmine and Sandra, went above and beyond. We asked for basic help, which was not enough, and they searched until they found what I was looking for. The problem was I had searched the website to no avail. They took my description of the bedding, which was terrible, figured out what I was looking for, got me the web ID # without me asking them to do it. Their store manager is getting a call from me. Love their attitude and helpfulness.

I've been a loyal Macy's account holder for a total of 11 years. I've been shopping at this location for 10 of them. I'm not a complainer but my money is hard earned! You had two individual dressing rooms set aside for men because the other was being renovated. I got "I'm sorry and I apologize ", but no solutions! There were numerous of women dressing rooms going unused. A little supervision from some of the staff and this should not have been an issue. Susan (Store Supervisor) what was wrong with that? Respect a Man's money and time as much as a woman.

Old lady Linda in THE KIDS department no less refused to give me a bag to cover my infant's head when it was pouring down raining. She said security doesn't allow it. Her checkout was literally directly in front of the exit. We were leaving. Was I about to get the bag and steal with my infant son in the pouring rain!?!! I'm sure security would've understood. SHAME on you Linda. It was POURING RAINING! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Looks like they might close this store. Leak in the handbag section and no chairs in the dressing rooms in the intimates section. Misses has a decent selection....overall store is passable.

Usually when purchasing perfume you get tons of free samples, but Southlake Macy's never has samples half the time! I spent over 300 @ the Dior counter & I had to ask, and she looked at me like I offended her. Lol. The young man at the Estee Lauder counter is flawless!! So sweet & personal!

    Buyer Beware!
Last December, I bought the Nina double-reclining sofa from Macy’s South Lake. It was a closeout. With a closeout, I know I take what I see with no guarantee. The price was very low – about $100 less than if I had bought it new. I was well aware that I could experience unforeseen mechanical problems. Risk accepted! The sofa was collected by an independent delivery company arranged by Macy’s and arrived right on time. The delivery team set the sofa up and all was well…….until 6 months later when we heard a loud POP followed by a sizzle and crackle – not to mention the circuit breaker was thrown. The automatic reclining feature shut down – in the fully reclined position, no less. Upon inspection, we discovered that the cord plugging into the electrical outlet had been previously cut. A rudimentary splice had been attempted followed by wrapping the mess in a strip of scotch tape. All of this was tucked under the sofa so we had no occasion to see it until it failed. The cord is quite lengthy and it took several pulls to expose the fire hazard that had been delivered and installed in our living room by Macy’s.
Astonished, I contacted Macy’s where the piece was purchased. My assumption was that the staff would be immediately apologetic and more than willing to fix the problem that could have potentially burned down us, our house, our pets, and everything we owned. That was not the case. I spoke with a couple different sales staff – one of which was responsible for the actual sell. No one would take responsibility for making the repair. Unfortunately the problem was passed to an unreachable district manager who would “do his best” to help us in “several weeks”. Meanwhile, I had a useless, fully reclined sofa in my house. I have 5 pieces of furniture from Macy’s and for each of them, except for the closeout, I purchased the “Worry No More” policy. I used it once on a sofa that failed almost 10 years ago. Otherwise, I haven’t needed it. I was, and still am floored that Macy’s South Lake sales staff and regional manager took no responsibility for correcting an issue that could have easily caused a terrible fire at my home. How dare they sell and deliver to me a sofa with a cord that had been obviously cut, spliced, and haphazardly wrapped in SCOTCH tape. Ridiculous!
The happy ending is that I contacted the corporate office and explained the mess and fire hazard that had been delivered and installed in my home. The corporate office contacted me almost immediately and fixed the problem. It’s a real shame that it had to require intervention by an executive at the corporate office to correct a problem that should have been an embarrassment to everyone working in the furniture department at Macy’s South Lake. Beware!

This was a nice Macy's. It wasn't too crowded and we did not have to wait long in the check out line. I came in to purchase an outfit to wear later in the day, and I was able to find what I needed quickly and get into a fitting room and checked out in less than an hour. The fitting rooms were easy to find and didn't have any problems using them. There was also good parking. We were able to find parking right when we wanted to and didn't have to drive around. We went around 11-12 on a Saturday and we were still able to find parking and get in try out and out of the store very quickly.
