I bought a truck from Macomb a few months ago, and my experience was great. Absolutely no pressure to buy at all. Kathy was very straight forward with everything that got done to the truck. The biggest thing that made me feel more at ease about buying a rebuilt car from Macomb is the fact that Kathy will help me with anything or answer any questions I may have. Definitely will go back there in the future.

I bought a car from Macomb Automotive and the experience was great! No pressure from the team there. I was given the car and as much time as I needed to test drive and look it over without anyone pressuring me. The transaction was extremely smooth. And the best part is, when I discovered a few minor issues with the car, it was taken car of by them at no charge and I was even given a loner to use while it was being repaired. Excellent customer service and I'm really happy with my car. I highly recommend Macomb Automotive if you are looking for a used car at a great price.

Just bought a 2012 Ford Focus for my daughter, she absolutely loves it. Perfect first car for a young girl going off to college. Great prices, no pressure sales, and laid back atmosphere will bring us back to Macomb Automotive to buy our next car.

I had a wonderful experience with Macomb Auto Group. After thoroughly looking over their inventory, I chose a vehicle I really liked. Mind you, there were no pushy sales people and they were willing to answer any question I had in an honest reasonable manner.

After having the car for a couple weeks, I noticed a couple minor issues with the vehicle that needed to be addressed. To my surprise, the problems we’re fixed on site, no questions asked and my new ride is good to go. See Kathy or Adam, they will take care of business and make you a happy customer.

It took me 10+ days of research and dealership visits before I found Macomb Automotive Group. These fine men and women are honest, fair and transparent. This was everything I wanted from a car buying experience that I didn't know existed. I purchased a 2010 Navy Blue Subaru Outback. Leather Interior, 92k miles and fully maintained. Out the door price with 3-year warranty wasn't more than $11k. Absolutely thrilled with the car and the sales experience.

Bought three vehicles over the past two years--great way to get a late model car at no more than most are really worth anyway! No problems with any -- clean mechanically sound.

I sold my jeep to buy a more efficient car and did not get what i was sold at all. I bought a 2010 fusion sport for 9,500$ not even a year ago and have had endless problems. It started with the windshield cleaner tank leaking the car needing 4 new tires the because 3 of the belts were blown out then after the first winter the paint on the front and back bumper flaked off because they neglected to clear coat it after replacing them. I just had Them repaint it and it is already flaking off around my lights. Now my headlights and reflectors are falling out. My experience was bad and they riped me off!

Best car buying experience ever! Great down to earth people who aren't pushy at all. This place offers a great price on used cars. Got a low mileage vehicle that runs perfect and looks brand new. No other dealerships can even touch these prices. They also gave me a good offer on my trade-in which was better than any other dealership I went to. They also held my check for a few days while money was being transferred into my bank account. If you have enough cash to pay for a vehicle, this is definitely the place to go! I will be buying my future vehicles from here.

I bought a 2011 Ford Focus SEL from here at a very good price. I was told about an airbag sensor problem up front. However, I had to get $1600 in repairs less than a month later (incl the sensor) and the mechanic said there was still something additional wrong with the suspension that would cost at least $600 more in the future. The airbag sensor was a simple $250-300 problem and I thought that was worth it, but was not satisfied with everything else happening. Also, they told me they would get me a key fob but never did. They also didn't give me any of the proper paperwork for the warranty, saying they were out and that they would get more later, but never did. Make sure you get everything up front and don't expect the car to be in great shape as they say. Still might be worth it depending on the price if you have $2000 extra cash lying around right after you buy a car.

Disclaimer: I am NOT saying this is an unreliable dealership. This was just an unfortunate experience for me personally. Considering the great deal on the car, the repairs just brought it up to an average overall cost for the vehicle. I just personally did not have $2000 extra cash lying around for the repairs.

I bought my first rebuilt car from this dealership and I never regretted it. In 2013 I got a 2009 Ford Escape and drove it without any problems!!! This week I traded the same car in for another car at the dealership, a 2014 AWD Ford Edge (rebuilt title) and I am confident I will be very happy with this vehicle. I plan to come back to his dealership anytime I need a car and I always recommend it to all my friends and family!!!!! All the workers there are very friendly and helpful!!!!! Don't be turned off because the dealership sells rebuilt carsif you are looking for a great deal and a reliable car, this is it!!!!!
