My experience was exceptional! I am not a person who has any knowledge about a car. Glen and his staff walked me through everything that was going on with my car and made it all make sense. I want to like Sterling Car Care because it is close, looks clean and Joe seems nice. They are just too expensive and add way more to the list of things that need to be done. I thought that 10 years ago and now again today. I stopped going to Sterling Car Care. Today, I thought I'd give them another chance. I brought in a 2005 Ford Escape that was running fine. No service lights were on. It has 100,000 miles so I thought I'd get a tune-up, tire rotation, oil change and brake pads, and transmission flush.

They said I needed all extra this stuff done and it cost $1800. I didn't even get the $458 tune-up or $169. transmission flush.

The car drove the exact same as when I brought it in. No improvement. I just have a bad feeling that I have been ripped off again. I won't be going back.
