I had an issue with my 2017 Ford escape that my local dealership was not able to diagnose and fix the three times that they had it in their shop. I drove by this Ford dealership and thought I will just stop and take them for a quick ride and see if they have witnessed this type of defect in the past with any other other customers. We went for a quick ride, got back to the shop they diagnosed it within about three minutes and 15 minutes later I was on the road with the problem fixed. I highly recommend this for dealership, and in particular Mr. Paul Krause.

They are bums, I went through them for a used vehicle and I didn't even have it two weeks and the engine blew up. I called them to tell them and they told me the vehicle was sold "as is." They were very rude and disrespectful and I would not recommend anyone go through them for anything.

My grandma's car was damaged while in their possession today. They took no responsibility for it - said it looked like someone backed into it - and did nothing to resolve the situation.
