Had my dog spayed here and was not pleased with the quality of service. After 10 days my dog developed a fluid bulge under the incision which was caused by an allergic reaction from the sutures. However, the vet said it was because the dog was too active during healing. While she is an active puppy, we followed the post-surgery protocol and limited her exercise and playing as instructed. Ultimately we had to go back and have the fluid drained and were charged almost as much as the cost of the initial spay. Schedule at your own risk.

They are so kind, thoughtful and respectful to both animals and us as the owners. They think about all things from the pre appointment to the start of the appointment to after. They are efficient, loving, punctual, knowledgeable and love that they teach and explain things and are OCD! Love them all! So does my Toby! Appreciate them so much! More then they will ever know!

First timer. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our two dogs. They kept good contact (covid) and I never felt as they were in a rush. Took time to explain things and answer questions. The pups and I will be back!

My wife and I just moved to the area and didn't have a vet yet. Unfortunately, we had an emergency with our old boy. He started having seizures. We were able to get an emergency appointment and rushed my special guy in. Doctor Amanda took care of my boy, showing compassion and care. The entire staff was very kind. My old guy was tired and it was his time. Nothing on this earth could save him. My wife and I were allowed to be with him when he left this world. One vet told us we couldn't be with him, that we would have to drop him off at the door (Covid). The least I could do for him was to be by his side, as he was with me for 12 years. He was very special to me. We were sent a card with messages from the staff. They honestly seemed to care and understood our pain and loss. Very grateful for their support. We now have a vet clinic for our family.

Dr. Heidi and staff always treat our pets like family. They talk to the animals and it is obvious they are all animal lovers. She also saved our dog when she had a cancerous tumor and our old vet said it was a cyst, just keep draining it. We went to her for a second opinion and have been there ever since.

Excellent PR..we were even sent some coupons for our next visit. Our vet has always been very present and accomodating (especially when attending to special needs for the dogs) whenever we go in. We like their new facility.especially how they flow dogs traffic in and out of the building.
