I have rented budget trucks from this location twice, the first time the called me the day before and cancelled my rental which was a mess as it is hard to find a truck the day before you need one. The second time I reserved a truck 5 days earlier. I have someone drop me off to pickup the truck and wait 15 minutes for someone to open the locked door. Than they tell me they have no trucks. They were able to find me another truck, but I had to walk home and pay the associated costs with going to another location 40 miles away, I was told I would be compensated but budget refused and I am not going to go back to "lotta-space" and argue with them in hopes of maybe getting $20 back. Just a mess.
