My wife and I recently had a tire torn up on our rented Corvette. They don't put spare tires on those models and we were stranded just short of the 7 mile bridge. The wonderful ladies at the Tourist Welcome Center referred us to M & M Automotive. They took great care of us. The tire was not able to be repaired and there were not other tires on the island that would fit our car. We had to call the rental company several times to get the problem resolved. Although it took us 4 hours to get a replacement vehicle delivered Trish at M & M took great care of us. We were able to stay in their office area during our wait. The repair man did a great job and Trish showed great concern for us during the entire ordeal.

Going to a new mechanic is always stressful and being from out-of-town we hoped we wouldn't get taken advantage of. M & M didn't disappoint! We went in with AC issues in our car. We waited for our car to be looked at and relaxed in the office with some coffee and conversation. After an hour, Bob came in and explained everything to us. He was extremely frank and honest with the diagnosis and what needed to be done.
If anything else goes wrong with our car (while we're down here) I feel confident in taking it back to them!

EXTREMELY RUDE TELEPHONE STAFF! I usually don't write reviews but I am new to the area and called for a price for a simple synthetic oil change. I was told it would be $20 plus the price for the oil and filter. I asked for a quote for a full price and she said she couldn't. I asked to leave my name and number for a return call and then she said I could do it now. I gave the make and model but she needed the exact engine size (not just V6) which she told me I could find under the hood. I read every label under the hood but couldn't find the info she wanted so she couldn't help me, and sarcastically stated "Good luck." I am sure that she could have used my VIN to get the info for the quote but she had a severe attitude. Will never even try this place. Read other reviews on YELP and they were also poor! I guess I escaped that bullet :)
