Best deal in the keys for tent or RV camping outside of the state parks. Beautiful marina, nice tiki bar with excellent seafood (they make their own lobster bisque!) and a nice selection of import, domestic and craft beers, including some local brews such as Islamorada Ale.
Update 2017/12/24: Fiesta Key no longer has tent camping. Hurricane Irma tore up most of the tent sites and Encore has opted to not fix or re-open any of them. I have altered my rating to reflect these facts.response / report this review -

The location and the setting continues to get me back dispite the management and the staff at the front desk.
I've seen this type of behavior before . I'm from Chicago. This place is managed the same way the Cubs r managed by the tribune. They know even if they do very little they can still fill the place.
This place has alot to learn about being attentive to their customers .
Things have changed for the better. Looking forward to coming down again. The storm may have brought on some improvements too.response / report this review -

We rented a trailer and I couldn't believe how awful our experience was this time. They say the Trailer sleeps 6 well thats not true, Trailer smelled bad, there was hair in the shower from the previous renters , the trailer had ants all over the bathroom, kitchen and rooms. when they finished cleaning the trailer it was a very poor job, floors were dirty, bed sheeting was horrible, looked as if they haven't washed them in a long time. They don't come and change your towels out each day.
Most of the interior lighting was not working, and no exterior lighting at all. The shower facilities were dirty full of hair and lots of mold. I was not told about a $30 dry storage fee for my boat and I was never charged this fee in the past when I had rented, even though when I made the reservation I had notified the rep I was taking a boat. I was so dissapointed I will not rent again at Fiesta Key.response / report this review -

Have been coming to this place every year, for the last 10 years. It is a great place with many camping options. Kids playground. Boat docks. Big pool and kiddie pool. Laundry facilities. Restaurant with live music at night.

Super expensive for what you get. It smells odd there, so many rules you have to follow (which they don't enforce), on the weekend there are parties like crazy! People singing on stereo at 3am is not why I go camping. The campsites are extremely tight and crammed together.
Great sunsets though and it was nice to be right by the ocean. I would suggest looking at other places unless they change.response / report this review -

Very unprofessional start. We booked our stay here over a month ago and booked a specific space when we arrive we find that the space has been taken by someone who has been here since the last google image. Due to it being a late arrival and the staff just left we called central booking and had our stay moved to another space easy enough. The staff in the morning were very accommodating.

I called 3 months in advance to make a reservation mind you I live in Tallahassee FL. I drove 13-14 hours so that me and my parents could spend Memorial Day weekend together. I get to the park and find out they gave the spot I reserved to another person. I spoke very calmly but with purpose and was told I was being rude for attempting to remedy the situation (From an employee with grey hair and beard who was on on the "hefty" side with blue eyes ) the man disrespected the rest of my family as well especially my uncle. Then said that he would have me removed because I told him he should not disrespect my family in front of me. He offered me an alternative spot but it was not big enough to accommodate my belongings. He refused to give me the spot I originally got because someone had reserved it even though he just told me that they could move anyone the way they wanted because they're policy is not set in a way that allowed a guaranteed reservation of a spot (but there is an obligatory deposit in order to rent in the park). They are basically trying to rob people of there money by false advertising that you can reserve a spot you want and later changing it to what they want. He blamed it on the "system". I ended up having to drive back home and cancelling everything I had planned. Please don't waste your time. I made the drive down from Tallahassee for nothing. If I could give them negative stars I honestly would

During our Keys vacation, we stayed at the Fiesta Key Resort and absolutely loved it!!!! Everything was beyond our expectations. The location, the view and the staff were top notch!! I really thought Susan Mollnow went over and above to insure we had everything we needed!! Thanks Susan!! We'll definitely be back!!

we really enjoyed this campground. It was large, had awesome facilities and was surrounded by water. Everywhere you went, water. Beautiful views, sunsets, excellent food at their restaurant/bar. We will come back for sure.

Made reservations and deposit one year in advance for a water front site only to arrive and find they had given my site to someone else. They said since I was only staying for one week they gave it to someone who later reserved for a month. What good does it do to make reservations if they don't honor them? Unfortunately they have used most of the premium water front site's for rental units. Other interior site's are very tight. Pretty location though. Restaurant is nice.
