  Discovered a leak at my main water line valve Friday morning. After calling around unable to find a place that could provide same-day service in my area, I contacted M.E. (based about 40 mins away) and they came out and got the job done by Friday afternoon. Quality of service was great in every aspect. Will definitely be going with these guys for future plumbing needs.

  This was for a commercial job and the three guys that came to do the job, Paul, Nick, and Dustin were thorough and would not give up until they and I came to an agreeable solution. All three were very experienced and professional. M.E. Plumbing Will now be our go-to company for all of our plumbing needs.

  We wholeheartedly recommend M.E. Plumbing, LLC and especially appreciate being given a military discount. Excellent, same-day service by JJ and Hunter, who were very friendly and knowledgeable. After listening to our concerns, they performed a thorough assessment, evaluating all points along our water lines, even pulling out the dishwasher to inspect for leaks. They determined a hot water pipe was leaking inside the concrete foundation of our 25 year old home. The whole hot water piping system had to be completely re-routed through the attic. The repairs ended up being more complicated than initially anticipated but JJ and Hunter said they would stay late to complete all the necessary work, if this was OK with us. We are so grateful to them for all their consideration and hard work!

  My hot water heater decided to spring a leak on a Friday afternoon just after business hours. The person who took the after hours call was on point. She took my information, explained the cost fairly and thoroughly, and I received a call back within 3 minutes from the owner himself. He had his crew here to New Braunfels in less than 30 minutes. They had me back on with water quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed with their service, that I'm having them back to install a much-needed new hot water heater and two new toilets. I was very impressed by their professionalism and am extremely appreciative of their work ethic.
