Have gone here for a couple things. Got subwoofers installed in my 2014 volkswagen. After picking the car up, was driving down superior, turned my subs on and my headlights went out. Turned my subs off my headlights came back on. Got the problem fixed. Window tint on same car, had to leave my car there over night, tint peeled off my window, called and owner said i would have to wait till next summer to get fixed. Rims, oh boy. Tires the owner orders are CHEAP and you get charged up the ass for them. Went to a place the owner told me to go to get the tires mounted and balanced went the same day after picking up rims, and was balancing the last rim to find out it was bent. Went to the owner and he told me i must of hit a pot hole going to fast or that it was my vehicle that bent the rim 😂 I could write a book about this place, but i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If your going to pay this kinda money, go somewhere where they actually back up their product and warranties. Cause they wont!

I've been a customer since 2007 since then I've bought a handful of subwoofers and four or five sets of aftermarket wheels. Also had couple of windows tinted always great work.

Went there on Wendsday and had a note on the door that said they were doing a custom install and would be back Thursday. I had to work late so i decided to come back on Saturday when they said theyre open 10-3. Went there with the door locked and no one there and no lights on. Not a good first impression on a customer guys.

This company is extremely awesome! The moment I stepped into the place, I was greeted with a professional atmosphere. My interaction with the company representative was pleasant. I was allowed to ask questions and express my concerns about the service I was interested in. I received nothing short of professional advice without feeling like I was being coerced to make a decision strictly based upon monetary profit. During the installation, the crew experiences a few technical issues. These were challenges that they never encountered before during their many years of experience. Nevertheless, they gladly embraced the opportunity to do whatever was necessary to ensure a successful installation. In addition, they did not charge extra for labor. I actually received a better deal than some of the other competitors. Overall, my experience has been superb and undoubtedly excellent. Thank you very much!

Ordered my products over the phone. The owner worked with me to ensure that I had every part needed for installation. Received everything the next day. Great products at a great price. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Great shop. Always helped with any issues n problems. Had a faulty head unit go out 6 months after purchased, n had a head unit shipped in for replacement. Saved the hassle of no headunit for two weeks. Thanks again M B Audio. Will always come back for my vehicles. Again thanks Gary n Dave for great job.

Fantastic shop and service. Friendly staff and thorough explanation of pros and cons to any setup radio/speaker combination. I have had two Installations done. Quick install and they stand by their products. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality audIo products. Go see Gary !!

I had window tint done here. When they say "we do window tint" they actually mean "we pay some guy from Wisconsin Dells to do window tint" He did an ok job but really screwed up my back window the first time. He then said "we stand by our word" and vowed to fix it. He did fix it but in the process I noticed that my side windows had bubbles and dirt under the tint. Mind you this was 4 days after the original installation so the bubbles should've cured but the dust will be there forever. Again he said "We stand by our word and we'll call you back." I'm still waiting. It's been a year. They don't answer my call anymore.

I too had a bad experience here getting a radio and speakers installed. The speaker's keep cutting off because of a loose wire in the harness in the back of the radio. He did replace one part of the harness, but it still had the same problem. He suggested I reach under the dash and try to put pressure on the wires when they go off :-). All I have to say is buyer beware. I got screwed.
