  You can't speak your mind to your supervisors and they will suspend you for no reason i recommend anyone to not work there if you don't want to get mistreated and when you call the owner he will not get ahold of you

  I hired a crappy contractor and so when my bathtub cracked I was at a loss of what to do. The contractor had no receipts so I couldn't prove proof of purchase, but after a little back and forth with Lyons and the store in which the tub was purchased, Lyons made it work! They repaired my bathtub at no charge to me and everyone was amazing through the whole process. Great communication. Great customer service. THANKS LYONS!

  I ordered sinks for our new studio through a big hardware store. The store mixed up my order and I was unable to get a hold of anyone there to make it right. However, I called Lyons directly and they were super helpful! I explained the situation and Dee was quick to find answers for me and get me the correct product ASAP. Her help was very much appreciated!

  Waited over a month to receive the surround I ordered and it came in horrible unusuable condition. I have a voice mail and email into the company, as it was after hours. Hopefully I will hear something back tomorrow. To say I am disappointed is an understate right now.

  We just received our new bathtub. We took it out of the box and realized it was not manufactured properly. We took pictures and attached them to an email. I called Lyons the next day. Very good customer service skills from the 2 staff members that I talked to. I talked to the customer service department and they were glad to help! Listened to my problem, apologized for the trouble, and is having a new tub sent to us that will be quality inspected before it is shipped. Well done guys! Will continue being a customer of yours! Good work!
