We chose Lutey's for our wedding florals because of variety, price, and customer service. We were so impressed with the end result. I would 100% recommend this flower shop for any special or everyday occasion. Sarah helped us pinpoint our dream bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, bridesmaid's bouquets, corsages, and toss bouquet.

Ordered a balloon bouquet delivery for a date about a month in advance. They promised that ordering so far in advance was ok. I then found out 2 weeks later they had delivered the order (2 weeks early). They then tried to tell me that I had asked for the earlier date, when in fact we had had a very long discussing about the date 1 month out and I had asked if they were SURE there would be no mix up / issue. I was very upset they covered their tracks by telling me I had messed up the dates. The recipient had their retirement date set for 1 day and 1 day only - never any other day. No way I could have mixed it up. They then offered to re-deliver, which I canceled. UPDATE: they now offered to cancel and refund me, and apologized. I greatly appreciated that

Great service! I called just before opening and didn't leave a message but Sarah called me back anyway and helped me decide what I wanted. I was already frustrated by other shops and in a hurry but she worked it all out! I am so pleased! I live several hours away but have no worries about my order.

I was looking for a very sophisticated arrangement for a friend in Marquette. Nothing on their entire website filled the bill. I described what I wanted: some height, long-lasting flowers, Ikebana-influenced design.

This was on a Saturday. The person at Lutey's said they could deliver something later that day. But then she said their wholesaler delivered on Monday, so if I waited a few days, they would have a larger selection of fresher flowers.

It was definitely worth it to wait. My friend sent a photo of the arrangement, and it was beyond what I expected. Large and gorgeous!

I was impressed with the artistry, quality and customer service of this florist.

I placed an order at 11PM and the flowers were out by noon the next day for the local hospital. It turns out, my husband's grandma was in ICU and was staying there. Fresh flowers are not permitted in ICU. Sarah called me back and worked with me to change my order to something suitable for our situation. Absolutely wonderful customer service; I appreciate it very much. I will always use their service when ordering flowers for my in-laws in that area.

The only reason I used this florist was because I got burned by Forsberg twice before. Well unfortuatley I got very poor service by Lutey's. At first when I called the person who answered was VERY NICE. But the next day when my product DIDN'T arrive in a timely manner the person who answered was Extremely rude. She even yelled at me. On top of that the driver who made the delivery left the item on the front door in an area where there's high foot traffic for all to see in which there was a request for it to be left in the front lobby reception area. I won't use Lutey's ever again. What makes it worst is that there's only 4 florist in Marquette. Well 2 down and 2 to go.

UPDATE: So I called to complain. I was treated in a considerate thoughtful manner by a different person. I was pleased with the outcome. I guess I might go back on my word and maybe give them a try again in the future.
