My boyfriend paid $95 to have this arrangement delivered to me at work, and the quality of the product and the service were both terrible. They left the arrangement in the lobby of my job, where literally anyone could have taken them. Then upon further inspection of the arrangement, it was 70% greenery and 30% dying flowers. I don’t understand how you can charge so much for a less than quality product.

Our family and friends were very upset with their services. What they ordered vs. Received. They must have thought the family would not be present. It was sloppy and done cheaply. They could not believe that they would do this to a veteran, his veteran wife, and his active duty grandson. They spent over $200 and were highly disappointed. This was a service with full honors and this was supposed to be a patriotic spray. Disrespectful to the legacy of the man they were meant to honor. If you are military, avoid. We tried to reach them and they ignored us. It is too late for them to remedy the situation now. They didn’t try to reach out and fix the arrangement before the funeral after we contacted them after the wake. The funeral has now passed and we can never get the day back. Reviews show this is a regular issue with their company. It took email, messages, numerous reviews, and filing a dispute with our bank until they reached out via phone data after the funeral and we had already driven from Arkansas back to Fort Bragg, NC.

Cheaters!! And Poor Quality. A family friend’s funeral was in Blytheville last month, May 2018. My sister, who lives in Enid Oklahoma, found this florist on line and requested a SPRING flower arrangement delivered to the funeral home in Blytheville. The cost was not as important as the quality of the flowers and the design. We paid $143.00. Maybe these people were betting no one from our family would show up at the funeral, but they used less than $20 worth of half dead, old flowers in a slap-dashed, poorly designed attempt at a funeral spray without a SPRING flower in sight. It was a very poor, cheap product and an embarrassment to me and an affront to our family’s esteem for our dear departed friend. Do NOT use this florist!!! Very poorly designed, very cheap, very unprofessional product!
