I was going here for 8 to 10 months I received a letter from my insurance stated I was over paying they admitted to their mistake since then they have refused me my money back they have lied to my insurance company saying that $25 of my copay went to the counselor and I only was charged when I seen her which is a lie I paid $50 every single time every week for months so I am now in the middle of a dispute with my insurance company and them I am seeking legal action through a lawyer in my hometown and that's not even all on two separate occasions they completely forgot to call in my medicine once I had to call and remind them the day after and then they offered service through the clinic the nurse practitioner which I'm not paying to see said she plum forgot to tell them to have my medicine I was then told it would be delivered to my house the next day only to be called in at a pharmacy that I no longer use after I told them not to and I had to pay an extra $70 for the same amount of medication do not go here they don't care about you they are crooks and liars. And what they don't know is that this time, they picked the wrong person to try and walk over top of my friend also goes to the clinic who has the same insurance and they are doing him the same way. I'm not sure if they will even be open after I get my lawsuit settled but if they would get in touch with me and give me the money they owe I would drop this.

I have been coming to Emmaus for 3 years, and they have helped me stay clean the ENTIRE time. The staff is caring and treat you like a normal person, not an addict. I would recommend them to anyone that is struggling with addiction.

As the receptionist at the Johnson City office - I love working with our patients and their families. It is such a gratifying feeling knowing you are there to support and encourage people and to see the results. We have a great staff and it makes coming to work so much more enjoyable.
