  As a 29 year client of State Farm who saw a dramatic drop in quality of service, my confidence was sort of shaken, I thought maybe that was just what customer service in the insurance industry had become todayEnter Brian Green and his team at Allstate! Wow!! They care! Brian cares! He has spent so much time talking to us, understanding where we are today, and where we are going. What we can afford, but what we hope for to protect us, our family and our property.
  
  I cannot more highly recommend someone than I will Brian Green at Allstate and his team.

  Andrea has been AWESOME helping my wife and I bundle our home and auto together. We have been Allstate auto members for awhile and just recently bundled home + auto. She has been very responsive in a timely manner and very knowledgeable. My wife and I feel very comfortable making the switch because of her!

  We are extremely pleased with the service we receive from this agency. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile to serve you. We especially appreciate all the proactive information on how we can lower our premiums without sacrificing any benefits. We have had Allstate home and auto protection for 48 years and the quality of its coverage just keep getting better, and the Brian Green agency is one of its best assets. We highly recommend Brian and his staff to anyone looking for a highly dependable and responsive insurance agency.

  Allstate is absolutely awesome! They’ve helped us out of a bind before and very quickly I might add. Originally switched over to them from a different insurance agency and they saved us a bunch of money. The Agents are always very kind and informative as well. 10/10 would recommend.
  
  The Agent I spoke with was Andrea Early, very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions and I greatly appreciated her assistance!

  Always friendly, professional, and informative. Even when I have a million questions they never make me feel rushed. I picked these folks not because they were the cheapest (they are comparable with the others) but because they are fantastic at customer service and provide solid policies with as many or as few bells and whistles as your little heart desires. Definetely worth checking them out!

  Got a very competitive quote from them and switched from American Family. Staff are always friendly and courteous, and answer my questions quickly. I had one (minor) complaint and they resolved it same day and followed up later to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone. Very pleased with the level of service, and my coverage.

  Unhappy. Was emailed quotes. Wasted hours regarding my policy only to get everything and find out it went up nearly 20% from the "Quote" i was emailed. When i went back to his office i was given a dozen excuses as to why everything went up with my knowledge. Sorry, maybe you should be more upfront and disclose "altered/modified/changed rates in person if they dont match your emailed "Quotes".

  Brian and his staff will go out of their way to make sure your coverage is sufficient. Also if you have a new roof you must call them, they can save you significant amounts of cash!!!

  All in all my experience was not good but its exactly what i expected from an insurance salesman so i gave them 2 starts instead of 1 star ---- ya cant blame a salesman for being a salesman, i just had hopes that they would be different.
