I had a really good appointment. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable. Whenever I had a question, everything was explained indepthly. They were also very helpful with my insurance.

I have been going to this office for years. Dr. Hendricks is very thorough and friendly, and the staff is always helpful (especially when I can't choose which pair of glasses to buy!). I'm very happy with LC Eye Care :)

Dr Tim took great care of my eyes. He caught an eye disease that other doctors missed.

This office has gone downhill, with very rude admin staff (Dr's & assistants are good). After going here for ten years, they changed their policy and no longer accept insurance. Yet they never informed me of this policy change until AFTER my most recent appointment, and I had to pay cash out of pocket.

Love the Optical side!!! I go get the prescription filled every year for my daughter. She has autism and they treat her more like family, than a patient, and let her roam just like shes at home!!! Awesome selection for children flexible frames as well!!!

I have been with Low Country now for a number of years. In a word, family. They treat their customers and employees as they were family. Time and again I hear stories where services were provided when some could not afford, offices stayed open after hours to support a customer circumstance out of their control and many other examples of staff and physicians went above and beyond expectations. If you had to choose I'm not sure there is a better choice within a 100 mile radius. Thank you for what you guys do and for being ambassadors of our community. Those claiming something different, well let's just say, The other side of the story is likely much different. Keep it up Low Country!!

I've never been to an optometrist that showed such attention to detail. Although I went to a different doctor for my regular exam, I decided to try Low Country to fill the prescription based on my insurance coverage and what I'd read from other Google reviews. I was not disappointed. The level of service was the best I've ever experienced and I've been wearing glasses for many, many years. Although they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on site, they ordered a few different styles for me to choose from with no obligation to buy. I found a pair that was almost exactly what I was looking for and they took the time to ensure everything was correct, explained everything fully and even found a discrepancy in my old glasses that would be corrected in the new pair. I highly recommend this company.

Not impressed with the doctor. She had poor bedside manner. When asked a question, she didn't bother hiding her frustration. Never did get a decent answer to my questions. Doctor used bare hands to touch all 4 of our faces, which is gross. Never saw her wash her hands nor did the staff wipe down the face pieces for all of the equipment, either. I'd ask for a refund if I thought I'd get it. The frame selection in the optical shop is nice. They have designer frames (with nice designer prices) and the sales people are polite and helpful.
