Went there with some friends. Had just gone to castle. Castle had a lot more variety. Also be aware that if you buy stuff that doesn't fit right, you don't get cash back and you have to exchange upon returning. No gift cards and if you don't reach or exceed the amount returned- you lose the remainder.

When we went in the staff was trying to sell us on products in a fairly pushy manner. When they pitched a toy to my friend and she said it was way to expensive the lady was still trying to sell it.

My friend was looking at some outfits and was asking for a opinion form me. The employee was trying way to hard. She commented stuff like "I think that would look great on you" but it was like to everything she picked up.

Having moved here from Capitol Hill, Seattle.. this place is ridiculously mildly vanilla. There's so much floor space but the layout almost makes this place look like it's going out of business. I mean, I get it, Silverdale is podunk middle-of-nowhere compared to Cap Hill.. but at least stock the floor. However, it's hugely better than the Castle's just around the corner.

The employees at this Lovers are AMAZING. Seriously, they're what makes the 4 stars above. If not for the employees, I'd give this place 2 stars. NOTHING like the LOVERS in South Seattle. GET INVENTORY!

Great service from the employee's. But most of the merchandise is quite expensive. They do not sell anything that is "Outta this world".

I had no idea what i was doing but i went in anyway and i believe if i remember correctly, her name was Brenda. She was great! Helped me with everything and anything. She was very honest which i loved cuz being in a new state with no friends while shopping, especially something this important; you really want an honest opinion. Even gave me a couple of important things to know which was a big help. She made me feel comfortable which is really important in these type of stores. All in all a great experience. Was dreading it but am glad i went. Awesome experience! She deserves a raise.
