The Lotus Duck with vegetables was amazing! Great food made by great people. Great place to go if you appreciate good Thai food, authentic culture, and friendly ambiance.

Quick, Thai fusion food. Good parking but the menu and restaurant are quite tired and could do with some sprucing.

Food quantities are great, OK selection of Thai beers.

Great Thai restaurant within walking distance to the beach. I was either fortunate to have missed the lunch crowd, or Lotus Thai Bistro does not receive the attention it deserves!

I am a regular here and for a good reason: staff is very friendly, food is tasty and portions are filling. But I like staff the most. I haven't been in a better place yet, as people here are courteous not for show, but from their heart. I love this place.

The rating is for customer service and food. I had ordered Thai Yellow Curry with Chicken. The potatoes and carrots were under-cooked! I couldn't dig my fork into the potatoes. There wasn't anyone from the staff that I could get attention from about it, until at least 20 minutes had passed.
Typically, under these circumstances, the manager tries their best to placate the customer. Not here. They did offer a discount. Which was, 15% (approx.$2 off). What a joke!
