Always been good and fare to us.

I had a climate controlled unit and when I went to get my things out they were covered in rat feces and mold. I talk to management about the problem and they insisted I move my stuff out immediately. They have since called threatening with false charges on my building and refuse to do anything about my ruined property.

U-HAUL RENTAL-
Theresa was extremely friendly, patient, flexible and was able to accommodate my needs on short notice. I received my U-Haul clean and with a full tank of gas. Easy process to rent and return the vehicle.
STORAGE-
Used them to store my items. Received a clean unit to rent, checked on items monthly and the grounds were always clean, have a handy large dumpster to easily discard unwanted items, received monthly reminders through email and the staff was always friendly and pleasant to deal with.response / report this review -
