  I had a very pleasant experience at Lotts furniture. The staff are very helpful and the furniture is high quality. The selection of furnishings can’t be beat. I have been a long time customer and I plan on continuing to be a customer for all of my future furnishing needs.

  Samantha could not have been more helpful. Answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured.. Samantha followed up with us and we appreciate the time she spent allowing us to make a huge decision with our purchase.

  Very helpful and delivery was soon. We love the sofa and recliner. went when the labor day sale was going on. The sales person was great😀 will buy from them again.

  Can't say enough about the great experience I have had working with Ms. April. She was and still is so helpful with my kitchen, living, and dinning room remodel. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending her to anyone needing a decorator/designer. I called her and she came the very next day, gave wonderful advice, sent me pictures of examples through out the next few weeks, and even prices if I liked something. She has truly been great to work with.

  I love going to this store! I always receive a warm welcome and the staff is really helpful!! I worked on my house projects with Kristen Boyett, the interior designer, and she made the process easy and simple! Her ideas and selections for my dining and living room turned out beyond my expectations. I had an inspiration picture I showed her and the end product turned out just what I wanted! I'm very pleased with the quality of the furniture and I look forward to Kristen helping me design my bedroom draperies and furniture selections!

  Do not drive by this place without stopping for a quick peek inside! Although my mom and I have different styles, we both spotted things we liked. Kristen ended up helping us, which was a major plus since she is the resident interior designer there. She was a huge help!! Picking out and coordinating furniture can be overwhelming, but she was so patient with us and really helped me visualize how my living room could look after some changes to the furniture and decor. She was an assett to our shopping experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in to get her opinion on things. She also educated us on what a difference a cushion upgrade will make, who knew?? ;) I will be bringing my fiance back in, and would recommend to do your furniture shopping with Lott's!

  The quality of the furniture is second to none. You get exactly what you pay for. Customer service is the best around. Samantha helped me from start to finish. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would definitely recommend Lotts furniture.

  Lott's Furniture not only has excellent quality furniture but the staff as well. Everyone is willing to answer questions and help find the perfect piece/s for your home. A big thanks goes to April Merritt for working with us to find what would look best on our home to make it complete. If you're looking to buy soon make sure you check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Not only does she know the products, but she also knows how to organize and design based on your needs. Thanks so much for your help.
