I like the place the food is good I like it the customer service not so good but I had to give a 10 to the manager mr. Salvador he is willing to attend the customer himself nice person

If I could give it no stars I would. Terrible service and food not good at all. Ice tasted as If it came out of a dirty ice machine. The food was not flavored well and they used way too much lime on the ceviche tostadas that my sister was not able to enjoy it at all. The waitress was asked many times if we could get limes and chips & salsa. Once she came with the limes we got 3 limes for 5 dishes that called for limes. The waitress was not attentive and had to be called over each time we needed something. We ended up not even eating most of the food. Would not recommend this place at all. Save yourselves the money and disappointment.

Order the chicken fried chicken. Don't know why it's called that. Even the waiter had to look at it. It was the smallest portion on a large plate. It cost 8 dollars for it. Don't waste your money here it's not worth it.

Hate this place.. Waiter was in a rush he didn't bring my order correct.. Music was to loud couldn't even have a decent conversation without having to scream to the other place. It sucks here

Fried avocado was awesome. Baked potato needed more butter and cheese but the bison burger was great. Fried ice cream is incredible. Live music and service was outstanding.

We went on a rainy afternoon, the food was great..
Well the ambience is not really great.. It would be much appreciated, if they maintain more cleanliness.
They offer chips and salsa free with drinks, they are amazing, we completed one basket and requested one more.
I ordered combination and I hav option to chose four items and they seem reasonable price and good quantity and tastes ok ok..
Overall you can go for authentic mexican food to try it out..response / report this review -

Not really happy. I ordered enchiladas with queso. There queso is not real. . It looks like cream of mushroom. I will not be returning. The Pepsi was good though. .

If I could give it a half star I would. I have been going to Los Lupes for years. Definitely not for the service. They do have a decent happy hour if you can get the bartender's attention. They will look straight at you but not acknowledge your presence. You have to ask. The bar is always sticky and filled with dirty glasses. I sat on the side of the bar and watched how the glasses were washed. OMG the water is suppose to be blue with sanitizer, but it was dirty and dark. I never saw him change the water once. The bartenders disappear several minutes before happy hour is over needless to say not giving last call for happy hour.
The staff gives the imprint that you and you$$$ are there for them rather than they there for your dining pleasure. The restaurant could be so much better if they got rid of the staff they have and hired a fresh staff of servers. Trained them correctly and spoke English a little better. The food is good for the most part but there is always room for improvement.response / report this review -

Used to come here all the time when I lived here in Irving so I decided to stop by since I was in the area. Things are not the same, was served promptly with chips and salsa once seated but the waiter never came, had to stop someone passing by to take my food and drink order and of course my order was wrong. Needless to say I will not be back to this location again. Their service was much better before they moved into Irving mall. PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
