I bought some batteries at the store and the gentleman who waited on me told me they were too busy to install the batteries into my watch the store was empty and everybody was standing around drinking coffee and laughing and carrying on I will not return to the store

Mike is awesome as well as his staff. I recommend everyone to go there for any occasion they are patient and work with you on what you want. Just a great experience for Paul and I when we purchased our engagement ring.

Dropped off my USMC ring, as the stone had fallen out. Not only did they Renoir the stone, but touched up the antiquing and polished the ring. VERY satisfied. Big OORAH to Mike Mesiena .

My husband and I have made many purchases here for many years and we were happy with their service and selection until we stopped in the other day (for the last time).we were treated very poorly from the new ownersdegrated my jewelry numerous times thoughout our conversation, spoke horrible of other places we have bought jewelry (which he inquired - we did not just name drop) and was very pushy on trying to sell me a different cut of center stone on my ring (he said mine was outdated) in a small town we don't have a lot of choices for jewelry stores but, I will never go back! I will take my business else where!
