Look Park is a beautiful place. While visiting the park, we (my friends and I) visited the geese by the pond where they hang out. We noticed a goose that showed injury in its foot: the goose couldn't stand on it and when it made noise, it sounded pained. The Look Park staff was called twice. The first time, they informed us that somebody was going to come over and take a look. We waited for half an hour, several staff passed by with golf carts, but nobody stopped. We called again, and we were told that they called Animal Control. We were relieved to hear that in the moment. We stood by the poor goose for hours, trying to keep it from things that would endager it, so that we can point out which goose is injured to whoever showed up to help. After 2-3 hours, nobody showed up, and by then, all nearby animal hospitals were closed.. We are uncertain if anyone ever got there because we had to leave the park. We are really disappointed by the lack of the staff's care for these animals. Hopefully, the poor goose was given the care it needs. Very very sad to have experienced that, did not expect it in such a well-maintained place.

I love this place. It has everything. Parking was nine dollars but it's free to get in if you go without a car. You do have to pay for certain activity but well worth it The petting zoo was free.. a very family friendly place.. I will continually visit.

Nice park. Has train,playground ,snack bar, zoo, playing field,picnic tables. Owned by private non profit so it's a bit pricey compared to a publicly owned park. $9 per car entry fee.

It's a nice little getaway. A large loop road brings you around the park, there are multiple picknic places, paddle boats, a small animal " zoo" for lack of another word and a small/ mini train as well. Seasonal attractions are available like Christmas lights and Halloween attractions.
If you are looking for a wilderness park you'll be disappointed but as a more populous picknic type destination it's nice.response / report this review -

We came for geocaching. $5 to park?? Then stayed for the Halloween train ride. They have a small zoo with goats and deer you can feed. Looks like a nice picnic area in the summer.

Just a fantastic place. It's privately owned and relies on entrance fees to keep operating.
Picnic sites, pedal boats, spray park, ball fields, volleyball courts, mini zoo, train, and the Pines Theatre, an excellent outdoor performance space.
There are always great things going on here and the Garden House is a gorgeous place to hold a wedding reception.response / report this review -

Lovely park but be advised: there is a $7 entry fee per vehicle. Really puts a damper on the mood. Recommend biking there or parking somewhere reasonably close and walking to the park. Pond, volleyball neta, various activities and plenty of fresh air. Permits required for just about everything. I've never seen so many benches in a park either.
That entrance fee is the big drawback.response / report this review -

Per usual - the property is well kept, clean and a great open space to let the kiddos have a good run about. Addition of Snack Shack is nice albeit a bit pricey - at lastly, as like any other spray park, this one brings children and adults alike in troves.. - environment is friendly, and it is enforced 100% smoke free park.

Fun place. There is mini paddle boats $8 for 30min., a life guard is on canoe on watch just in case and they also provide life jackets if you desire, about 4 people can enter in it but only 2 paddle the boat which moves about 5mph, the pond is pretty big and I saw a big turtle there. There is a mini golf course $6 for 18 holes, different sizes of golf clubs, nice garden area. There is a train ride about 3 per person, it moves about 5mph around a small piece of the park which takes about 8min. to go around. There's a small zoo which is free, and you can spot deer, goat, hawk, vulture, pheasant, owl, turkey, peacock, chicken and rabbit, and you could feed geese, deer and goat corn from a machine (0.50¢ required). Every Wednesday the boat ride, train ride and mini golf are half price. There is also several tennis courts, basketball courts, river to swim in, children playgrounds, children area to get wet, volleyball nets, etc. Good place for sports, walks, bike, picnicking, swimming, and stuff. Mini food restaurant, public restrooms. Public grills. Able to reserve a spot (good for holidays) or you could just show up at the park as well. The fee to enter was $7.

when I was a really little guy, when I was a good boy, my Ma would take me to ride the Lion Train, and I would never get off.
Now that I'm here until Affordable Housing in Pittsfield, it is my home base for imagination and inspiration in Poetry.
I truly love this place, but for sure, the fact that it was Deeded to you guys by the Panobscot Nation which I proudly am, means a lot lot lot.response / report this review -

This park is gorgeous! There are so many fun family activities and a long bike path for recreation. Would definitely go again for other events (attended the Glasgow Lands Scottish Festival)!

Had a church picnic there and it was so good. The pavilions are big and it comes with a room with fridges and counter space. Plus an extra storage room if u need more tables and chairs

Beautiful local resource that's my quick go to place to get some exercise, get outdoors and get everything back in its proper perspective. Beautiful trees, river & pond views in various zones. All kinds of folks having fun! :-) With dogs! :-D I encourage those who can afford the modest annual fee to join as members to support this great park!
