Can't tell what it's like in the busy season, but loved it in October. The sites all had electricity and water. There is a clean with sinks, toilets and hot showers. It's right on the bike trail, and it's easy to go into town or to the beach on the trail.

Very peaceful and quiet. The cabins are a little rustic but they have everything you need for a nice getaway. The bike path is a plus. The area offers great views.

Very handy to Woods Hole, beaches, and Shining Sea Bike Trail. Friendly and helpful staff. Sites a bit tight/close compared to other similar campgrounds.

Fun campground in Falmouth. They have a volleyball court, lawn games, several showers and bathrooms. They are adjacent to a bike trail for easy biking to Woods Hole. They also offer shuttle service to the Vineyard Ferry. Would highly recommend

The workers are pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by the bathrooms. Clean and free hot showers. My only problem and why we will not return is the camp sites are very tight with little privacy.

This is our 17th year at this camp ground. The staff has become like family. Great place for families to get close without the distractions of trendy campgrounds. Beautifull trees through out the property. Highly recommend!

Our family stays here every summer. A sweet family campground next to the bike path, with some cabins/teepees, half RV and half tent camping. Not wilderness but a lovely quiet place. They have a small rental for bikes and a beach shuttle.

At first we were extremely disappointed that the campground didn't have a pool, in additions to finding out that campground didn't offer a whole variety of children friendly amenities that would have help make our stay a bit better. However this campground makes up for it in the scenery of the bike path and the forest in which the campground sits in. The Morning Sun rays does show up the morning with makes for a nice morning coffee break. There were several bathrooms that were clean and tidy. They even offer drying cloth and rags. The nice take away, is that the campground offer a kitchen size sink that would offer a place to put your dirty and clean dishes while washing the dishes. The campground staff were generous, acompandiating, helpful and at best, flexible with its camping policy. While I won't be coming back, largely due to the fact that we have children under that age of 12. I would recommend this site for a much older camper that would use the sites for the access to the bike path and to be within spitting distance of 7 beautiful cape cod beac

Overall this place was great. The shower was small but wasn't too dirty. Our spot was a little muddy from all the previous rain but they do have spots that have grass. They have a room with pingpong and other games which I thought was fun. The lady at the front was very nice and helped us plan our trip to Martha's vineyard. The location is perfect. Right off a bike trail and they also have free shuttles. The nearby beach was small and didn't have bathrooms but was nice enough. When we left it was 6am and the office was closed to get the $10 deposit back for the key so I left a note with the key next to the door. Just received a $10 check from them. I was really never expecting to see that $ and think it's wonderful they sent it to us.

This is a nice family orientated campground, very peaceful with a friendly staff. It is located on the Shining Sea Bike path and they offer a shuttle to the shopping centers in town so you can relax instead of battling summer traffic or searching for parking. I just wish they would hold some festive functions, i.e. a luau, Portuguese feast or Pow Wow. They did just make some nice improvements to some of the cabins and roads this season, and I look forward to seeing what's new in the spring.

Always great people and staff lots of options when it comes to camp sites teepee and cabins and lots of hot water free wi fi and in the middle of the shining sea bike path just a couple miles to beaches both fresh and salt water if fishing is your thing it's a great home base for that to just about anything you could want for a family group couple sippewisseett campground is a great place to call home as you enjoy and experience the cape and islands

Place is a dump, almost literally our site was next to the dumpster and so many flies! The whole place is tacky and the lot sizes are SO small. There is absolutely nothing for families but it is a short drive to the beach. If anything is positive about this place, it's that you are compelled to leave to sit on the beach so we spent a lot of time away from the campground. Really, I have never seen such a dumpy campground.
