Great staff! Key worked just like the original. They came to me and I didn't even need to stick around for the process due to the fact I was at work. Thank you guys again!!! 10 out of ten would recommend.

Service was fantastic. Lost my key to pickup spare. They were on the pavement in less than a minute, picked and new keys- underway in a few minutes. Only a few bucks. Surgery, thought I was in trouble, Lockmaster Security came thru---big time!

Great Experience ! The lock on my front door had been broke for days. We were unable to use our front door entrance . We called lock master and someone came out right away . I wanted my lock fixed and I wanted to add a digital lock in its place . Anthony replaced my old lock and added my new digital lock all within a hour of time , he even did a touch up paint job on the door . No extra charges what so ever ,the price quoted on the phone was the same exact charge I was given at the finish of the job . If Anthony represents the professional service he provided for my job, I recommend Lock master for all your Lock smith jobs.

Called towards the close of business one day to get a quote on a vehicle key cut. I only need the metal part cut as I already had the key fob part programmed etc. I wish I would have obtained names because that would have helped me in the moment as well as for this review. Anyways, the quote I received was reasonable and they told me to come back the next day as they were getting ready to close up shop. I said, "okay, no problem." I went there the next day in the morning soon after they opened up and a gentleman with reddish hair asks how he can help me. I told him I had received a quote the day before to have my vehicle key cut. He looked at me like I was crazy and told me that they wouldn't do it for that price. He quoted me a price at least $25 more than the quote from the day before. I even explained that I wouldn't need my key programmed, that I just needed it cut, etc. but to no avail. It was a total waste of time, which is exactly what I told Mr. red hair. If you're reading this, I wouldn't wast my time with these guys. Would definitely move on to another reasonable company that stands by their quotes.

I have used them twice for car and motorcycle keys. Quick, efficient, and reliable service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BROKEN REMOTE CAR KEY TO YOUR DEALER. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU OVER $200 for the exact same replacement done here for $50 or less. Love these guys.

I locked myself out of my home, Anthony showed up and got me in in seconds. HOWEVER, Eric, the guy who took my call did not give me a quote. When I asked about the price he began to yell at me stating that "I was not too concerned about the price when I made the appointment and then told me if I had a problem with the price he would have me removed from my house and have his worker lock it up". When I called the following day to speak to Mike, the owner, Eric hung up on me 4 times and would not let me speak to Mike. When I finally got through to Mike he had the attitude of "oh well, I'm not sure it happened that way". I had Eric on speaker phone and Anthony heard every word. I would not recommend this business at all and would not give them the one star if I had a choice.

I called this place requesting a residential locksmith and basically a guy with a hammer and drill showed up. he ruined two of my locks in different doors drilling and hammering. a charge of 220 dollars and ruined locks is the worse experience I've had with any service call to my house ever. I would have been better off breaking a window or a door to get in and even cheaper and faster. stay away from this place.

They are amazing! I needed my car key fob reprogrammed and they were able to get it done in minutes and at a price that was less than half what the dealership or any other locksmith was offering! They were friendly and professional the entire time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing great service! Thank you!

I brought in the front door handle and deadbolt from my house and my parents to get then re-keyed to match both houses. The guys were friendly and did the work while we waited. Thanks guys.
