My experience is not a good one, reason why is I have 30 years of experience in the Aerospace industry and my skills are very unique involving composites and working in every aspect of this field. There is a huge demand for people that have this experience and there are openings from coast to coast in need of skilled workers like myself that come highly recommended but yet after applying several times in this field Lockheed Martin continues to send out a statement that say "after careful consideration we are exploring other candidates for this position. I have heard of other experienced Technicians getting the same reply. These are no entry level positions that I have applied for either, it's obvious they want and need people but send out that same statement every time. They are losing out on getting highly qualified workers, even if you know someone that works there and they put you in for a referral that does no good. Myself and others really don't know what they are looking for.

This company proved to very unprofessional this morning; poor Leadership, and all the above. They had everyone coming out to hiring event to turn them around, even if you were registered. Claiming they didn't know so.many that were not registered was gone show up. People flew in from many States, and got turned around, and all they could say was they are sorry. Not acceptable!

Not sure how you rate a company like this but I'll give it a shot.
The main areas seen by visitors are nice, but venture into the employee areas and things go downhill. A lot of the office spaces are very dated and do not look like they have been updated for 20 years or more. If you are applying for an office job here look at the space before deciding (if the space you work in is a concern for you)
